The living room has a new sleeper sofa, coverts to a queen bed as well. Fully equiped Kitchen, electric stove top, 4 buners, wall oven, microwave, coffee machine and water filtration under the sink to the kitchen sink. The unit is a bright, modern and stylish unit to stay in. A few steps from some of the best restaurants in Nuevo Vallarta and just a short walk to the beach. On the third floor with views to the pool area, outdoor eating and cooking areas, as well as the plaza below. Plaza 3.14 Nuevo Vallarta, includes restaurants La Dolce Vita, Mr Cream and Buonissimo. A gym, bike rentals, beach rentals as well shops located just outside your door.
This condo unit is American owned. Fiber optic internet via Telmex. The 50 inch smart TV has netflix, amazon prime TV, HBO max, Pluto TV, Tubi, youtube and Disney Plus. This selection gives you live US news, Canadian News, Sky TV, BBC world news, live sports, and an amazing selection of Movies and shows in english or spanish and most are available in subtitles.
The unit may be rented minimum 6 day minimum. Weekly rentals encouraged and we are open to long term rentals as well.

We are a family of four with twin daughters. We love Puerto Vallarta and have two properties here. Traveling often from Alaska we sought out a warmer climate for several weeks in the winter. As our children have grown up, we feel Nuevo Vallarta offers excellent beaches, safety, and is close to everything, all within walking distance.
Why they chose this property
Great location, perfect for families. Full kitchen, living room with large TV. Bike trails nearby. Bike rentals available in the plaza. Golf and public beach both in walking distance. Restaurants, shopping, grocery (oxxo), spa, and pharmacy all in just meters of the Condo.
