Typical Hotel room

Nothing fancy, bed was typical hard Mexican mattress. Great location, natural jungle surroundings. I chose this property specifically for the pool & hot tub...unfortunately both were damaged by the last storm...pretty sure our room was switched too. Hotel staff was awesome.

Beautiful property. Thoughtfully designed from top to bottom, with absolutely wonderful staff. The pool feels like your own tropical backyard pool with a perfectly temped hot tub for the heat of Quinta Roo. And I cannot overstate how beautiful the property is! I would recommend it to anyone.
