New wooden villa of 130 m2 midway between the city center (5 min walk from St Jean street) and the Canche (North base). Very calm district. It is also 5 minutes by bike tennis and equestrian center. The villa is a family holiday home in which we enjoy meeting each other.
We leave you at disposal: gas barbecue, deckchairs and parasols, outdoor tables, parasols, children's games, board games. The house is well equipped, and has wifi. You will appreciate the garden and its south-west sunny wooden terrace. The accommodation is perfect for couples of friends or family.

- on the ground floor: a large living room dining room with stove and open kitchen (fully equipped including microwave oven, induction hob, tassimo, dishwasher), a table that accommodates 8 people, an entrance, a toilet and a bedroom (bed in 160) with shower room and private toilets.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, one with shower, a bathroom (bath and shower), toilet.
