Family apartment, you will find everything you need. This is our apartment that we offer and not a rental investment.
Beautiful layout, very bright, crossing east / west, charm, a small balcony with sea view. Two beautiful air-conditioned rooms, comfortable room, new kitchen and appliances, very recent bathroom.
It is ideally located, the races at the foot of the building, the place of Paoli 2 minutes, the sea 3 minutes. You put your car and everything is done on foot. The building dates from 1938, high ceilings, 4th floor sea view, no one above you. The delivery of the keys is done in hand. Do not hesitate if you have any questions.
