Le salon et la salle à manger, des portes fenêtres, avec vue sur la Mer. Une vue pleine et bien dégagée. La plage accessible à pied. 7 jours de calme, de silence.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben sehr schöne 2 Wochen im Haus verbracht. Das Wette hätte besser sein können, wir haben aber trotzdem viel unternommen. Michel hat uns verwöhnt mit Apfelsaft, Crepes und bretonischem Kuchen, alles selbst gemacht.

nie wieder, eigentlich gar kein Stern

- Haus ist für 8 Personen angegeben, es gab nur 7 sehr unbequeme Stühle in der Küche (Aufenthaltsraum für alle) - Dusche im Obergeschoß defekt, nicht benutzbar - 1 Zimmer im Obergeschoß 2 Tage nicht benutzbar, dort wurden wegen Sturm die Terrassenmöbel gelagert - Schlafcouch (für 2 Personen) nicht benutzbar, Rahmen gebrochen. Zum Glück hatten wir eine Luftmatratze dabei - Haus nicht sauber, auf der Schlafcouch lag noch ein schmutziges Bettlaken, in beiden Bädern lagen in einer Tonne noch schmutzige Handtücher, Geschirr nicht sauber, Tab lag noch in der Spülmaschine, die Tür vom Kühlschrank blieb nur mit einem Trick vollständig geschlossen - Mähroboter fuhr zu allen möglichen und unmöglichen Zeiten über den Rasen - Spiele und Liegen auf der Wiese war eigentlich nicht möglich - Vorsicht!! Uns wurde die Kaution wegen angeblicher durch uns verursachte Schäden nicht erstattet. 6 Zeugen können bestätigen, dass die Schäden nicht durch uns verursacht wurden. Trotzdem hat die Agentur entschieden, dass wir die Kaution nicht zurückbekommen. - Fazit: ich miete seit mehr als 30 Jahren Ferienhäuser. Das ist mir bis jetzt noch nie passiert.

De bonne vacances

Maison propre, parfaitement équipée et idéalement placée au calme et à proximité immédiate du littoral (Y aller à pied en toute sécurité). Une vue dégagée bien agréable. Un trés bon contact avec le propriétaire et nous avons bien apprécié ses petites attentions de bienvenue. Un endroit à conseiller sans aucun probléme.

Moment en famille entre mer et terre

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, les lieux sont propices à la décompression. Superbe maison, très bien agencée, très propres et qui dispose de tout le nécessaire pour la vie quotidienne. Une grande baie vitrée qui permets de manger en intérieur tout en admirant la mer. Nous remercions le propriétaire, très accueillant et soucieux de la qualité du service rendu auprès des locataires. Nous recommandons vivement l'endroit.

Un lieu exceptionnel !

Très bonnes vacances d'hiver.... la mer à proximité, la tempête des premiers jours, la houle de la baie d'Audierne et ses lumières magnifiques... Quel Pays ! Nous avons apprécié les efforts généreux de Michel Le Braz et sa famille (soucis de réseau, qui n'ont pu être résolus pendant notre séjour). Kenavo et Bonne année 2020 !

sehr schön auch im Winter

Wir haben sehr schöne Weihnachtstage in dem sehr guten Haus Von Michel verbracht , der uns auch sehr gut mit frischen Crêpes, Apfel- Wein und Saft aus eigener Herstellung versorgt hat. Das Haus hat wirklich alles was man braucht!!! Vielen Dank 🙏 Michel
