Adorable and private studio apartment. Long term discounts available.
The large room has a king bed, small table with two chairs, a sitting chair and a kitchen. Kitchen includes microwave, stove and oven, keurig and refrigerator.
Laundry is free and on site, right outside the door.
Central heat and air conditioning.
We allow well-behaved dogs with breed restrictions. Dogs cannot be left outside when owner is not present.
There is one parking spot in front of the house on the street.

Cozy lil Getaway !

The hosts are lovely and very accommodating! This little guest retreat is equipped with all the necessities. It's very private, clean, and comfortable! I stayed here with my two young kids and dog for a few nights and we all really enjoyed, we would definitely be back if ever needed!

Nice little place

The VRBO pictures and description are accurate. The owner lives on the property and met us when we pulled up, and you definitely need them to show you where to park and how to get to the room and use the door code. The room is in the backyard of the property and is mostly private and quite. Everything was very clean and décor was nice. The shower is really nice - large, lots of hot water. The only complaint is that the mattress is pretty uncomfortable. We would definitely consider staying again if we knew they had gotten a new mattress.

We are a family of 4 with a Golden Retriever. Our house is connected to the unit but the unit is very private. The unit shares a wall with the master closet, so noise only travels from the yards. Your dog can be a barker and we will never hear it!
