Beautiful new villa on closed garden of 900m2, with jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen (Plancha "Krampouz") a few steps from the port of KĂ©rity, in a quiet area. South exposure. Living space: 140m2 approximately. Port de Bouc beach at 950m

Schöne erholsame Auszeit

Wir haben die Lage, das Haus und die Umgebung sehr genossen đŸ€© Es gibt gute Restaurants, FischgeschĂ€ft und BĂ€ckerei in der NĂ€he, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein kleines vertrĂ€umtes Dörfchen, am Hafen
 StrĂ€nde sind auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar! Wir hĂ€tten noch gerne eine Woche lĂ€nger gehabt. Unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt â˜ș

Wunderbares hochwertiges Ferienhaus

Das Haus erfĂŒllt alle WĂŒnsche. Es ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet - ein Ort zum WohlfĂŒhlen. Wir haben nur vermisst, dass es keinen MĂŒlleimer gab.

Wundervolles Haus

Das Haus ist wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Bildern bereits ersichtlich wirklich wundervoll. Es liegt sehr ruhig und ist sehr gerĂ€umig. Der kleine Hafen mit einer BĂ€ckerei, einem FischgeschĂ€ft und mehreren Restaurants ist fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Zum nĂ€chsten Supermarkt fĂ€hrt man keine 5min mit dem Auto. Kritisch anzumerken war fĂŒr uns lediglich, dass weder Bettbezug noch HandtĂŒcher im Preis inbegriffen waren, das hatten wir zumindest so aus der Beschreibung nicht verstanden gehabt. Wir konnten jedoch problemlos, allerdings gegen eine kleine GebĂŒhr, diese Dinge in der Agentur leihen. Der zweite wirklich winzige Kritikpunkt ist, eventuell liegt das aber auch an der fewo-App, dass zwei Mails, die wir wĂ€hrend des Aufenthaltes an die Agentur geschrieben haben, scheinbar nicht bei der Agentur angekommen sind. Auf direktem Weg (Telefon, Mail) hat das wunderbar geklappt.

Ganz tolles Haus

Wir haben uns alle, inklusive Hund, sehr wohl im Haus gefĂŒhlt. Ob drinnen oder draußen, es war einfach schön. Wir wĂŒrden das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Wundervolles luxuriöses Haus in ruhiger Lage

Tolles großes Haus mit wunderschönem Garten. Exklusiv eingerichtet, toller Außenbereich mit genĂŒgend Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Überdachte Terrasse, ĂŒberdachter Jaccuzzy - perfekt zum Entspannen. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Tolles Haus in schöner Umgebung

Wir haben zu zweit mit Hund einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub verbracht in diesem komfortablen, gut ausgestatteten Haus. Der Garten mit schöner Terrasse und Jacuzzi lĂ€dt zum Entspannen ein. Unser Hund konnte sich hier frei bewegen. Die Lage in dem kleinen Ort ist ruhig, man ist in fusslĂ€ufiger NĂ€he zum Hafen und Strand mit Restaurants und BĂ€ckerei, und auch zum Leuchtturm ist es nicht weit. Wir haben unsere AusflĂŒge in die Umgebung sehr genossen und kamen abends immer wieder gerne in das Haus zurĂŒck. Die Mitarbeiter der Agentur und die Besitzerin des Hauses sind sehr freundlich (Vielen Dank auch noch fĂŒr die Leckereien, die wir bei der Ankunft im Haus vorfanden!), die Abwicklung war problemlos. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder!

Jederzeit wieder

Wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Haus als auch an diesem Ort sehr geniessen. Das Haus selber ist sehr gut eingerichtet und bietet alles, was es fĂŒr einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Vorallem die KĂŒche ist gut eingerichtet und es gibt in den Zimmern genĂŒbend Stauraum um alles gut verrĂ€umen zu können. Der Ort selber hat uns sehr gefallen. Es gibt sehr viele Unternehmensmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Was wir besonders toll fanden, ist, dass man in nur 10' zu Fuss im Hafen war wo es kleine LĂ€den und Restaurants hatte.

Excellent

Cette maison est trÚs fonctionnelle et trÚs bien équipée. Elle est située à 10 minutes à pied de la mer. Il y a plein de choses magnifiques à voir dans les environs, la région est préservée et l'air est tellement pur. Le plus est le jacuzzi chauffé sur la terrasse et la plancha extérieure. Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour.

Tolles Haus in eingewachsenem Wonhumfeld

Eine wunderbare Immobilie, voller Licht und großartiger Ideen fĂŒr einen entspannten Urlaub in luxuriösem Umfeld. Sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet (Messer und Töpfe hatten wir mitgebracht) und nahe dem Strand, wunderbarer Boulangerie und phantastischem FischgeschĂ€ft (Keriki-Plague). Der Yacuzzi wurde wöchentlich gereinigt und neu befĂŒllt - Luxus und Vorsorge. Lediglich die unterschiedliche BettwĂ€sche und zusammengewĂŒrfelten HandtĂŒcher entsprechen nicht der hohen Klasse dieses Hauses. Hier sollte man mal ein paar € investieren. Ansonsten klare Empfehlung!

Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub

Wir haben schon viel Erfahrung ( gute und schlechte ) mit FerienhĂ€usern, aber dieses Haus ist mit Abstand das beste, das wir je hatten. Sowohl die Lage als auch die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit haben uns restlos ĂŒberzeugt. Trotz des eher bescheidenen Wetters haben wir unseren Aufenthalt ohne EinschrĂ€nkungen genossen.
