Beautiful, comfortable room and bathroom. Beautiful building. Nice snack selection. Walking trail nearby, which we did not use due to rain. Only downside is a step driveway off a busy street.

I am passionate about creating beauty in life through design and music. Professionally, I am a real estate agent, interior designer and collaborative pianist. We love animals, and you may see our cat on the balcony. We enjoy travel and stay in home vacation rentals - of course!

Why they chose this property

I immediately fell in love with this property the moment I stepped in the door with its high ceilings, open spaces, and french doors. The house was built by a former HGTV executive with the best of taste. You can see and feel the quality of the finishes - hardwood floors, handmade tile, custom solid doors, iron hardware. Its amazing.

What makes this property unique

The house and suite look out on to a park-like front yard with designer landscaping. Enjoy being close to UT, stadiums, and downtown events.
