LOCATION – Peak 9 Inn at the Village at Breckenridge is one of the best locations in town. It is ideally situated next to the slopes and is only 50 yards from the QuickSilver SuperChair. You will also love being only one block from Main Street to take advantage of all of the shopping, dining and night life that Breckenridge has to offer.
UNIT AMENITIES – This cozy condo was recently remodeled and is perfect for couples or a small family. Gorgeous views of Baldy Mountain are right through the picture window in the living room. Catch a quick nap and enjoy the ambiance of the fireplace or unwind on the couch to watch a movie on the flat screen TV after a busy day on the mountain.
RESORT AMENITIES – PLEASE NOTE: Being a guest at the Village at Breckenridge gives you full access to all of the resort amenities including shuttle, ski school, ski rentals, movie room, and fully remodeled fitness center including indoor/outdoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and health club. (Pool may be closed seasonally in the Spring & Fall for maintenance - Check with our sales team for exact closure dates)
PARKING – Please note that parking is NOT included in the cost of the reservation. Access to the onsite Village parking garage is limited and not guaranteed. If parking is required, ask your reservationist for availability and cost. We highly recommend taking an Airport Shuttle to Breck as this fantastic location is both ski-in/ski-out and an easy stroll to Main Street.

This property was super clean. The location was ideal, never needed a vehicle. Management was awesome to work with and accommodated when they were able.
I loved this property. It was super clean, fully stocked with everything I needed and an overall wonderful location. I loved the text updates and notifications from the property management company and I will for sure be back again!
Great place to stay for access to slopes and dining experiences as well as shopping! No car needed once you get into Breckenridge, it’s all within walking distance! Can’t say enough about it, been coming here and staying in the peak 9 village every December since 2018.
My adult son and I stayed at The Village on a Vrbo reservation. The condo was small, but5 it was everything we needed, convenient to Main Street, and definitely ski-in, ski-out. Second year in a row we have stayed at the Village.

great studio for my ski trip to Breck. can't beat location ! all went very well.
My husband and I have been going to Breckenridge for Christmas for the last 8 years, and this was the absolute best location we’ve booked! So convenient for shopping, dinning, and of course the slopes! The room was nice, my only complaint is that the sheets did have some minor stains looked like dye or something. The hotel had lots to do and many hot tubs.
The place is great but I would say more for two people than a family. Close to lifts and town. My only negative comment would be the sofa is not really a pullout with a mattress so for two children is a bit uncomfortable. Communication with the agency was top notch. Overall I recommend.
The property was very nice and very convenient for skiing, shopping and dining. However, the check in and checkout process was most inconvenient. Having traveled from the airport on a group shuttle, stopping for keys (18 miles away) was somewhat uncomfortable for me and the other passengers.

great location, very close to lift, nice unit, overall very nice. The only downside is picking up the keys 20 minutes away (40 minutes roundtrip). If you don't have a car it's a real pain.

State of the unit was worse for wear and is in desperate need of renovation. The place was dirty (dog hair behind the sofa and bits of food not adequately cleaned). The location was fantastic.
Overall the place is great. Super location and clean and has everything you need for two people and one child. The reason for four stars is that the sofa is not a true sleeping bed. I have two children that barely fit and it doesn’t pull out like regular sofa beds. It lifts up in parts and so the sleeping areas are different and not much space. Also you must pick up key cards at a different location both before and after. A definite inconvenience especially when taking a shuttle. This is a hotel so I’m just confused why they haven’t made arrangements with front desk to accept these keys. That is my only complaint. If interested in staying as a couple here or even 3 people you are in great shape! It’s nice!

We appreciate the comments on the sleeper sofa and are sorry it did not meet the needs of your family. For check-in, the units in the Village are all individually owned. The homeowner has chosen Pinnacle Lodging as its manager. We supply all of our check-in information, including where to pick up keys, at booking. We also work closely with all shuttle services and they know our office well. The great thing is, we are just off of I70 in Frisco on the drive into Breckenridge!

Epic location but absent host service

The location of the condo, less than a half block of the chairlift, was perfect, and there were food, drink and snow services available within a minute of walking out of the building. My complaint was that there was absolutely no help or assistance from the host. It took 30 minutes to find the parking garage, initially, once we arrived at Breckinridge. The people who were at the front desk of the building, did not provide any assistance with services or amenities since our room was not affiliated with their HOA or corporate organization. We tried to get clean towels and linens, mid-stay, since some guests left and a new one arrived, but I could not get any help in this department. I went ahead and purchased towels and bed linens, as well as washing the dirty ones, in the card operated laundry. The hairdryer in the bathroom was nonfunctioning, and I could not contact anyone, over the weekend, for a replacement. Not happy with the host, at all, and I feel like the lack of user friendly instructions and no personal assistance really took away from an, otherwise, beautiful resort getaway. Very disappointed and will look for other options, next year.

Best location! We were steps from rentals, steps from the slopes, and extremely easy walk into town. The check-in process was easy. Communication went great when we had issues with our parking pass. The unit was EXTREMELY clean and we have plenty of towels for our entire day. Bathroom was a little dated, but I liked that we had more than one roll of toilet paper to get us through the visit. The bed was very comfortable and we loved all of the pillows. We will be back again.

The condo was super clean upon check in. Everything we needed was in good working order. Usually with all the technology to access places, there are hiccups. Not with this app and the Pinnacle team. We received very clear and easy to understand directions on how to use the app to access everything we needed. There was never an issue with the key pads not working which was fantastic. The location is unbeatable. It is equidistant from the Quicksilver Lift and downtown - couldn't have been more perfect! The staff were attentive and very helpful with the few questions we had and we would definitely rent from them again based on our interactions with everyone there.

I rented for 30 days, because it was my first time working at Breck Ski School and didn’t have a car. Location is simply perfect. Price is crazy, but that’s Breck and 30 days is a long stay. I knew it from the start. The unit is super cozy and you have everything you need. Kitchen cabinets needs TLC or better an update. Kitchen countertop is tile: I simply don’t understand it. It doesn’t work. Food gets in between the tiles and it’s always a pain to keep it clean. And if you live there for a month, you want to keep it clean. My only complaint is that they don’t provide cleaning service or linen change for the whole stay. I would say that for $5000+ a couple of services should have been included. That was the only disappointment. The people in the office are super helpful and they respond fast, even when you lock yourself out late at night.
