Located 18 km north of Le Mans, 25mn circuit 24 hours of Le Mans, the Alps and Le Perche. It is a small paradise of nature close to Beaumont sur Sarthe and its shops. The place is ideal to relax but it is also conducive to fishing (river Sarthe). The Gîte includes: 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed 140 (garden view and river and 1 sofa bed 2 people 140 in the living room (garden view): Bathroom (sink) shower toilet, corner fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV (TNT Satellite), washing machine, Fridge Freezer 250l, freezer 50L. Heating: 8 KW free P / day, free WIFI. 2 terraces with garden equipment (tables, chairs) parasol, 2 deck chairs and 2 deck chairs, barbecue, 1 private pontoon for fishing. New baby house: cot 0 to 2/3 years, changing mat, 1 high chair, 1 bath with seat, sheet, fitted sheet, mattress protector imperm., Fleece blanket, pillow, blanket, duvet.
