Located 100 meters from the golden sandy beach of the Midi, 2 km from Palais des Festivals de Cannes and 5 km from Fort Royal of Île Sainte-Marguerite and Lérins Abbey, Golden Beach Studio offers accommodation. not expensive compared to other establishments in this city.

A nice quiet clean comfortable studio, secure building, in the requested neighborhood, direct access to the beach. Ideal location: 2 km from the city center of Cannes, next to the bus stop and the train station. after the renovation, equipped with everything necessary (large sofa bed, microwave, fridge, TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen, closet, iron, hair dryer etc).

Todo correcto y sin problemas, si se ha de dormir muchas noches el sofá cama no es muy cómodo y se agradecería una cama con un colchón. Por lo demás, está correctamente equipado. Fácil aparcamiento y con un buen paseo por la playa se llega bien al centro.

une transaction en toute simplicité avec un propriétaire accueillant dans un studio fonctionnel. tout est pensé pour faciliter le quotidien. accès à pied à la plage de sable en 3 mn et en promenade jusqu'à la croisette en 15mn. seul bémol,il faut dormir les fenêtres fermées à cause du bruit de la rue. Nous avons apprécié ce court séjour.

kleine Wohnung, perfekt für zwei Leute, eine Minute vom Meer entfernt. Die Strasse nebenan ist ziemlich gut befahren und etwas laut. Keine Geschirrspülmaschine.
