Close to the sea, this apartment has an ideal setting for a stay under the sun of the French Riviera, a magnificent swimming pool and located a few steps from a pebble beach, the rental offers you the luxury to choose between sea and swimming pool to refresh yourself.
The spacious and bright apartment is air conditioned and fully furnished, with bedroom, living room, equipped kitchen area, bathroom, separate WC and terrace.
This spacious T2 apartment of 40 m² very well furnished is located on the 1st floor. A beautiful 13 m² terrace will allow you to make the most of your evenings and our beautiful region.
Layout:
A bedroom with 1 bed of 160 * 200, an entrance with 2 bunk beds of 80 * 190, a living room with a convertible sofa BZ of 140 * 190.
The kitchen area is equipped with a large fridge / freezer, hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, utensils and dishes.
For all reservations, a deposit of € 600 will be given when you enter the premises.
If the apartment is not made clean, a cleaning fee of 30 € will be applied to you.
Swimming pool: You have access to the swimming pool (with showers and external WC), it consists of an adult part and a paddling pool.
Important:
- Pets welcome (Small calm dog or cat)
- Non-smoking room (possible on the terrace)
- Respect of the opening hours of the swimming pool
On site, you will find practical information and interesting addresses in the area, for lunch, going out and discovering the region.
