Apartment - 100 m from the beach

Customer reviews are usually welcomed as they help us to improve. This is certainly not the case. This was a customer who upon arrival complained about not receiving 5 sets of towels and bed linen for a 5 nights stay, which says much of his ability to evaluate. It is true that the apartment, a studio, is small, so it costs so little, despite the excellent location, very close to the beach, in the best area of Praia da Luz. Still, it has comfortably space for two or even three people, something that has happened repeatedly, with very positive evaluations. In this situation it was only one person. On the comment of the absence of window, nothing to say, just see the photos. Concerning the air conditioning is also not true. All guests know that the apartment has a portable unit that is always installed when requested. Why did not he ask for it?

I want to mention that the message requesting the heater, for some reason arrived very late as "post-stay" anyway our apologies for that. Not only do we make a point of answering all customer questions, but, as far as possible, we will always try to satisfy them. Regarding the high price, I think it will be enough to make a comparison with similar ones, usually less well located, to conclude that this is not true.
