einfach und gut

Wohnung war in Ordnung alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Ein Auto ist nicht notwendig weil Bus und Bahn in der nähe sind . der Ort Lädt zum verweilen ein Ein Supermarkt ist in 150m Entfernung gut zuerreichen . die Vermietern war nett und hilfsbereit.

Schöne und praktische Wohnung

Unkomplizierte Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter. Schlichte, praktische und sehr geräumige Ferienwohnung. Im ersten Stock leider nur Dachfenster ohne Ausblick. Ideale Lage zum Baden und für Ausflüge. Supermarkt in der Nähe. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Strict minimum !! Pas de bouilloire ni de micro ondes !! pas de salon (donc pas de canapé)pas de draps( info reçus ns étions déjà partis !! ) Pas de wifi , écrans TV minuscules !! Mais vue sur la mer depuis chambre parents, mer a 2 minutes à pied 😁 , bar, supermarché a proximité . Route& voie ferrée, donc assez bruyant !!!!

Mon appartement est très bien équipé et tous mes locataires le disent. Il n'a pas de four micro-onde mais un grand four électrique, il n'a pas de connexion wifi et je ne fournis pas le linge de lit et de toilette mais tout ceci est très bien expliqué dans la description de l'appartement sur le site Vrbo!! Je vous ai rappelé d'apporter le linge le jour même de la confirmation de votre réservation par un message!! En plus l'appartement a une causeuse dans la salle à manger et une télévision 26 pouces bien visible sur les photos du site, plus une autre tv au deuxième étage!! Donc je vous conseille de lire attentivement la description des appartements et regarder les photos avant de faire une réservation!! De plus le quartier est très calme surtout en septembre et octobre. Mais venons-en à vous : - vous avez quitté et vous avez laissé le climatiseur allumé au deuxième étage - vous avez cassé une belle planche à découper en céramique - vous avez cassé les portes coulissantes de la cabine de douche Un grand dommage pour moi!!!!! Je suis très en colère que vous ne m'ayez pas informé des dommages causés. Malgré cela je n'ai pas écrit de mauvaise critique à votre sujet sur le site pour avertir les autres propriétaires mais maintenant je vais informer le site Vrbo!

Toller Urlaub!

Die Unterkunft war super. Alles sehr sauber, geräumig, perfekt für Familie mit Kindern. Auch den Kindern hat es richtig gut gefallen, besonders ihre eigene Etage :-) Die Lage ist auch perfekt, kurzer Fußweg zum Strand (eine wunderschöne Bucht), Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke und guter Standort um Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu machen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :-)

Holiday by the sea in Tuscany

Very nice holiday apartment. near sea and shops yet quiet. Parking nearly always possible in the street outside. The upstairs room was very spacious and perfect for children, although it was also noisy in high winds, heavy rain, thunder or hail and unfortunately we got all four! Castiglioncello is a nice town, especially the parks, pine trees and promenade, and the 'Caffe Ginori' with its gluten free cakes. All in all it is much better than the impression given by the 'Rough Guide'! With a car, Pisa and Lucca are an hour away or less, and we enjoyed visiting both. Closer at hand we also enjoyed the 'Gallorose' animal park at Cecina, plus strolling round Rosignano Marittimo and Montenero.

Siamo Stati ormai 3 volte ospiti di Signor Vincenzo e sempre ci siamo trovati benissimo. Casa e ampia con una tarazza dove si puo mangiare. Casa sempre pulita ben tenuta i proprietari molto cordiali e simpatici. La casa era sempre ideale per la mia famiglia di 5 persone tra cui anche piccola bimba di 3 anni. Mare e centro vicinissimo le spiagge solo 10 metri. apartamento assolutamente da consigliare. Adamo

Great place, perfect base for travelling

We arrived around 22:00 and were met by the owners, who were very friendly and welcoming. We were shown around and quickly got settled. We were disappointed to find absolutely no provisions, and given the time we couldn't get to a shop for milk, coffee, etc. Although there is a kitchen, there was literally nothing left in there, no kettle, coffee machine. We have rented other places which provided a small welcome pack on arrival, just some bread, milk, oil etc, but here there wasn't even salt, pepper. If you want to cook one night, you need to buy everything. We were made aware that sheets and towels were not included, but there wasn't event a kitchen towel. The local area is lovely, there are stunning views, great restaurants and it is a really good base for exploring and travelling around. We found it easy to get around. Parking is on the street, which was very limited and as the apartment is near the coast, it was packed. If we went out for the day we struggled to get parked anywhere near the apartment. It got very difficult and frustrating when we had bags or it was dark - we didn't have children, so be aware if you are carrying/walking children back to the apartment in the dark as drivers go down the local streets very quickly. There is no wifi in the apartment, but we were assured there was wifi in the local town. This was very patchy at best, but mostly non-existent, so we basically had nothing. If you need wifi, don't rely on it. On reflection - the apartment was ok, but given that it was late when we arrived and we didn't have any supplies at all, (as we have seen in other rentals), it was very basic. We thought the area fantastic and beautiful, but we felt that the wifi and parking made it too frustrating for us to return to this apartment.
