In the calm and the comfort of one of the most beautiful secured residences of Guadeloupe (former colonial plantation of sugar canes) rents big studio (65m ²), for holidays in the middle of a raised and flowered park.
This studio with direct access to the park is located 5 minutes from the golf course, the marina and its restaurants and shops, casino, beaches of St. Francis.
This fully air-conditioned studio has: a large room with a king-size bed, a large flat screen TV, a sofa bed (140x180), a sitting area and a desk with a wifi internet connection

Entspannung pur - Balsam für die Seele

Die Ferienwohnung ist im Erdgeschoss der Häuser einer großen ehemaligen Zuckerrohrplantage im Kolonialstil erbaut und hat eine Terrasse zum großen Park, der mit Palmen und riesigen Ficusbäumen bewachsen ist. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet und sehr sauber , so dass man wirklich gepflegt kochen kann. Das Bad ist modern mit einer schönen Dusche ausgestattet. Das Bett ist fest und komfortabel, durch die Klimaanlage kann man nachts die Temperatur gut regulieren. Der dazugehörige Pool ist sehr groß und schön gestaltet, in der Nebensaison im Mai hat man ihn dann sogar oft für sich alleine, was unglaublich schön ist. Die Terrasse ist ausreichend groß mit schönen Liegen und einem hübschen Sofa für den Abend. Der Essplatz ist auch gemütlich. Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich und steht mit Rat und Tat bei Bedarf zur Seite. Die Anlage wird nicht nur von Touristen genutzt, sondern auch von Einheimischen oder Rentnern aus Frankreich, die dort dauerhaft wohnen. Daher ist es kein touristisches Ambiente, sondern man fühlt sich eher, als würde man zeitweise in Frankreich leben. Wir empfanden dies als besonders angenehm. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, da Sainte Anne ca. 1 km oberhalb von Saint Francois liegt. Auch ansonsten bietet die Insel unglaublich viel an unterschiedlichen Natureindrücken, die man mit dem Auto dann auch erreichen kann. Steilküsten, Regenwald, Strände, überall gibt es viel zu entdecken. Für den Regenwald ist adäquates Schuhwerk absolut zu empfehlen. Eigentlich ist Mai ja schon außerhalb der Saison, wir können diese Zeit aber uneingeschränkt auch empfehlen. Es war heiß bei ca. 33 °C und es hat ca. 1 Mal pro Tag kurz geregnet. Da die Regengüsse jedoch meist nur kurzfristig anhalten, hat uns dies nicht gestört oder unsere Pläne beeinträchtigt. Die gesamte Anlage liegt sehr ruhig und wenn man Erholung und Entspannung sucht, dann ist man in dieser Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall sehr gut aufgehoben! Wir würden dieses Domizil jederzeit an unsere Freunde weiterempfehlen. Als Restaurant können wir das "Les Pieds dans l'eau" empfehlen. Dort gibt es preisgünstig ein Langusten-Menü. Einfach und lecker! Ansonsten haben wir viel selbst zubereitet und mittags durchaus die Buden am Strand frequentiert, die dort für ihre Spezialität Agoulou und Boukit berühmt sind, gefüllte frittierte Teigtaschen, mit wahlweise gegrilltem Huhn, Steak, Merguez und Salat, Tomaten und Gurke. Sehr lecker!

Excellent séjour dans ce très beau studio, très agréable, dans un parc avec piscine

Nous avons passé 4 semaines très agréable dans ce beau et grand studio, au décor "très léché", les photos représentent bien l'intérieur. Tout est très propre, avec des serviettes de bain bien épaisses. TV écran plat et WI FI individuelle rapide, cuisine entièrement équipée, avec machine Nespresso très appréciée. La climatisation fonctionne bien et est très silencieuse. Belle résidence de style colonial très calme, dans un parc avec cocotiers et très grande et belle piscine . La Marina de St François et les plages sont toutes proches, à 2 mn en voiture. Excellent contact avec la propriétaire, de bons conseils, des rapports très confiants de part et d'autre. Nous recommandons tout à fait un séjour dans ce logement, on n'est absolument pas déçu.

Un adorable coin de paradis : Nous avons séjournés une semaine dans ce magnifique studio à proximité immédiate de saint François et de toutes ses commodités: plages, centre-ville, commerce... L’endroit est paisible et sécurisé (portail électrique donnant accès à la résidence et au parking) Wifi, TV, climatisation, piscine, literie de qualité, rien ne manque, le studio est très bien agencé avec de matériaux de qualités. Nous souhaitons y revenir dans le futur pour profiter « encore » des trésors de la Guadeloupe. Merci à la propriétaire pour son accueil et le Ti ‘punch de bienvenue…
