Our house is ideally located in walking distance to the heart of Collingwood. It is a comfortable charming spacious renovated Century home with ample parking that allows family to unwind together in the open concept kitchen/dining/living or separate in the cozy gas fireplace large living room. The back of the house even has it's own staircase and a door upstairs can close off the bedrooms for added quietness. It is located in a residential neighbourhood at the edge of the commercial area. Snow removal for driveway included but you will still need to shovel the front steps/walkway.
