Our house is ideally located in walking distance to the heart of Collingwood. It is a comfortable charming spacious renovated Century home with ample parking that allows family to unwind together in the open concept kitchen/dining/living or separate in the cozy gas fireplace large living room. The back of the house even has it's own staircase and a door upstairs can close off the bedrooms for added quietness. It is located in a residential neighbourhood at the edge of the commercial area. This is a renovated century home that is perfect for large family. Sleeps up to 8 adults comfortably in second floor bedrooms. 2.5 bathrooms, one luxurious Master bath. Second floor laundry. Unlimited WIFI with Netflix/Prime. Main floor with two living areas and two separate staircases to access second story. Main living area has a cozy gas fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. We leave items we have in our pantry and some staples in the fridge for guests to enjoy. There is no major food included. There is a Gas BBQ and 4 person high top table on covered deck. All linens are supplied. There is parking for 4 plus vehicles. Snow removal for driveway included but you will still need to shovel the front steps/walkway. If you want to walk around town, shop and dine or hang with the hipster crowd, this is your perfect location. Tons of choices for families as well, all within walking distance.

Updated classic Collingwood home with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, comfy hang-out back room and easy to gather in and make meals together kitchen! Great fit for the 8 of us. Easy and fast communication with host.

Excellent Property and Location

This is a spacious home in an excellent location. Close to the ski hills and to great dining and shops in Collingwood. The home was clean and had all advertised amenities and supplies. Communication with owner was prompt, helpful and detailed. An excellent family holiday!
