It is located in the Valencian community, particularly in the coastal region of Safor (Valencia).
It is found in the municipality of San Fernando very close to the exclusive area of Oliva Nova Golf MET next to the riding center and golf course designed by Severiano Ballesteros (Seve).
In this area, there are restaurants, shopping area and a sports area its beach, golf course, and the possibility of enjoying amazing equestrian facilities. Furthermore, we can play other sports in their tennis and paddle, making this environment quite special and unique.
During each autumn and winter the traditional international show jumping on the horse riding facilities within the (Mediterranean Equestren Tour), whose facilities are just 60 meters from the property is held.
The beach is just 50 meters has its fine sand and very few visitors.
The house offers a whole great amenities solarium roof terrace, 3 bedrooms one with bunk beds and trundle bed, the other 2 with double beds, 1 bath, fully equipped kitchen, office and a communal area with 2 pools.
The perfect place to enjoy the sunshine in autumn and a wide range of activities outdoors.
