This was one of the most amazing places we’ve ever stayed as a family. Plenty of room, fantastic location, helpful property management staff. No need to look further! If you want a perfect home, with a great view and a fun pool- this place is it! Just gorgeous and didn't want to leave! Thank you!

The photos of the house and view do not fully represent how spectacular the place truly is! We had 7 total people with plenty of room for all. We spent most of our time in the pool. Alex, our concierge, was very responsive to anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

This house is incredible. It is one listing where the pictures of the home and view do not do it justice. It is just beyond words. The best vacation house we have ever stayed at. The check in process was seamless and easy, the concierge and maintenance service were dependeble and efficient. The house was just amazing. Clean, with everything we needed and plenty of space. It was truly our home for the week. The pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids and the view never ever got old. We enjoyed this vacation and house very much. The kids have stated if we come back to Playa Hermosa, we must stay at this house again. I cannot say enough great things about it. It is well worth it to stay here.

From the start everything went smooth. The property manager set things up. The concierge took over after we got there. Concierge answered all questions and made the trip easy. The house was better than expected. The views and the space for guest was perfect. The pool wasn’t as clean but there was a net to do yourself and didn’t matter that much. Jacuzzi came on at 4 like clock work. Every kitchen appliance, tool and utensil you’d need. Games and puzzles galore. The location is a bit awkward to do anything without a vehicle, but wasn’t an issue for us. We made it to all the beaches and had 2 adventures in 6 days. All the locals were friendly. I give this place a 10 of 10 for our first international family trip.

This is a beautiful home with incredible views. Our host Alex was on top of it. Everyone was friendly and it was such an amazing house, yard, and view. The house is getting older and could use a few repairs for sure. I am getting older so could have used hand railings in the pool. It was perfect for our teenagers and us adults but wouldn’t say for little ones.Thank u costa rica

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property and a huge part of the experience was thanks to the incredible proptery manager. From the moment we booked, communication was clear, prompt and genuinely welcoming. He went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was comfortable. The home itself was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. But what really stood out was the level of care and attention the manager provided. He was always available to answer questions and made us feel completely at ease throughout our visit.We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stree free enjoyable getaway

Family Spring Break

The home was fantastic! The location was 5-10 minutes from two beach towns with a ton of restaurant options and stunning sunsets. The pool is phenomenal and the entire home is designed to comfortably handle 10 adults/kids and would be an incredible place to entertain. Simply great experience!

The Palms

The Palms house is decadent, amazing and uber clean. Stunning views, spotless pool, tons of rooms and all the kitchen items needed to make meals. We loved our stay and was more than needed for four adults and a teenage son.

Amazing place, not near beach

We loved the place. It was huge and clean. There were 9 of us and we had so much extra room! Super clean and well equipped.Our only gripe was that the posting made it seem a lot closer to the beach than it was. It’s a 5 minute drive to the beach, not walkable. The pin drop makes it look like it’s a block from the beach.

The pictures don’t do justice to how beautiful and large the house is. Amazing art throughout! Beautiful view. We had a chef come for 3 breakfasts and 2 dinners. The kitchen was fully equipped. We had 7 family members and the 5 bedrooms and separate bathrooms for 4 of the bedrooms plus powder room gave us lots of privacy. The hot tub was great. You are at the top of a mountain with beautiful views but you cannot walk to a beach, so the description of the property is somewhat deceptive. It’s an easy drive to several different beaches though. We loved our stay. Highly recommend this property.
