Private condo located in Tower 3 Grand Venetian. 2 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen) 2 bathrooms, large open concept living, dining and deck area, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, gas stove and stainless steel appliances. Super sized patio, bbq and outdoor dining space plus private patios off of bedrooms , en-suite laundry, central A/C, 2 smart tv's, wifi connection throughout whole condo, blueray disk player.
Please Note: The hottub on the private patio (as pictured) has been removed, but each of the 5 pools has a hot tub for guest use.
Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance! As our guest you will have access to the beach, infinity pools, spa, gym, restaurant, tennis courts and games room. Property is gated with on sight security.
