PICTURES LISTED ARE HOME IN ITS CURRENT CONDITION.
**Lower level pool tile, pavers and outdoor furniture have all been replaced. There is an open concept living room/game room with snack bar. Enjoy some Connect 4, scrabble, air hockey or ping pong. Fun for all ages. There is a cover for the air hockey table that also serves as dining table with bench seating for 6. Sectional also equipped with pull out sofa sleeper.**

The beautiful "Island Paradise" has anything you could possibly ask for. The beachfront home is built on large lot, 25' wider than most homes which allows for entertainment and large groups with it's spacious layout and private pool. This is a 3 story home with spectacular views of the Gulf from the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies - Watch the dolphins play in the morning or end your day with a breathtaking sunset.

Home is fully stocked and equipped with extras to be your home away from home for your FL beach vacation.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here! The pool and beach were wonderful! Kayaking, paddleboarding, cornhole and games of ping pong were enjoyed by all. We couldn't have asked for more!

We had a wonderful family vacation at this home. Home has everything you may want and more. Had a little problem with the water heat on a third floor shower but Crissy was very helpful and had someone out asap and issues were resolved. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Family Vacation

The house and location were amazing. Having three generations of family in one house with plenty of space for everyone to comfortably stay was wonderful. Having kids aged 8-4 right on the beach with access to a pool was such a nice treat for us. Everything was as described with plenty of pool toys, noodles and even paddle boards and a kayak to be able to use. Thank you for a beautiful home rental to spend our family Easter vacation!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is awsome and very clean, well equipped and located perfectly right on the beach. In the morning watching dolphins and pelicans, in the evening watching wonderful sunsets was a great pleasure. As mentioned before Nicole and Crissy did a great job to make us feel welcome.
