The apartment fit our needs of a 3 day trip to Bayeux. It was close to all the sites in the town and close to the Overlord D Day bus tour pick up location ( 3 minute walk). The apartment was clean and the shower was very nice. Didier communicated very well and even picked us up and took us back to the Caen Ferry Terminal (for a very fair fee) which was appreciated. One thing to be aware of - it is a 3 floor unit with bedroom on the third floor. We did not have any issues with climbing stairs but something to consider if you do? We enjoyed our stay in Bayeux.

Incredible Experience! Highly Recommend!!!

I stayed in Bayeux for the week of the D-Day 75th Anniversary. Typically, many European properties are smaller in size, very tight bathrooms, etc. Well, not this one! I was AMAZED by this property! It is completely renovated with EVERYTHING updated. The bathroom is HUGE, and the kitchen is spectacular. There are multiple rooms on multiple floors, so I do not recommend anyone who has difficulty with stairs, but aside from that, it would be hard to imagine a better property in all of Normandy. Thank you so much, Didier, for making my stay so enjoyable. It was an honor getting to know you, and we WILL be back!!! -Jeff

Great location, very nice hosts

The house is located in an historic street in the old city and close to most tourist attractions. The owner very kindly met me at the train station then drove me to the ferry terminal at the end of my stay.
