Luxury Stay with Garden

This elegant villa is furnished in true Italian style, complete with a stunning beamed ceiling. The home has a beautiful garden, including a luxurious, heated swimming pool with circulation. Ideal for a group of friends, your furry friends will also stay happy in 3 bedrooms where 6 people stay comfortably. A km from Monte San Martino, a little village counting approximately 800 inhabitants and lying on a rocky outcrop. You can fulfill all your daily shopping needs but also find welcoming restaurants and an idyllic village square. The provincial capital of Macerata lies a drive away. This ancient fortress city has a maze of quaint little streets. In the open air theatre, Arena del Sferisterio, famous operas are often performed. Also around 45 kilometres away, you will find one of the most beautiful towns of La Marche, Ascoli Piceno. Please also note that the use of air conditioning will be charged separately at €0.50 per kWh. The spacious, grassy garden offers plenty of privacy and a wonderful view over neighbouring hills. BBQ, Sun-loungers, Terrace will add onto the fun.

Quaint Villa Tucked Away Near Monte San Martino

Arianna was a wonderful host to our stay. She helped us to find various places and to feel comfortable in the villa which has everything you could need. The small town nearby has wonderful and friendly people who really try to help you. The restaurant Del Priore was top-notch! We will visit again.

Villa Barchetta is a beautiful and spacious home with all you need to relax on your holidays. Our family had an amazing time here, the kids loved the pool with waves and the games in the house. We enjoyed the stunning views and garden, the owners are very friendly, thoughtful and available if needed. Located directly in the national park close to Amandola and the falls. Would highly recommend.

Eine echte wohlfühloase, wir waren als Familie mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern dort und es war traumhaft alles sauber und gepflegt sehr geräumig das man sich nicht auf den Füßen steht. Ich hatte eine Autopanne und selbst da hat mir die Vermieterin uneigennützig geholfen bei der Kommunikation mit der Werkstatt. Wenn man etwas negatives suchen will dann allenfalls die Stechmücken und die teilweise schlechten Straßenverhältnisse. Aber die Villa selbst würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.

Das Urlaubsziel Villa Barchetta ist eines der schönsten, besten Ferienhäuser, die wir bisher nutzten! Das Haus ist top ausgestattet! Es ist einfach alles vorhanden. Man brächte bis auf Kleidung eigentlich nichts mitbringen. Und ein ganz besonderes Lob an die Besitzerin Ariane, die sich jeden 2. Tag um den Pool und Garten kümmert und uns immer mit Informationen, Vorschlägen und Tips geholfen hat. Vielen Dank. In der Umgebung sind viele tolle kleine und große Ortschaften mit den wunderschönen alten Stadtkernen. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder!

Het is een geweldig huis op een prachtige locatie. Het was heel schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij hebben een week genoten van het zwembad, de ruimte in en rondom het huis en van de prachtige omgeving. De gastvrouw is super vriendelijk en komt meerdere keren langs om het zwembad schoon te maken. In de tuin zijn heerlijke kruiden te vinden om mee te koken. Wij hadden een geweldige vakantie en komen zeker nog een keer terug!

Als je op zoek bent naar rust, stilte, privacy en een prachtig schoon huis dat van alle gemakken voorzien is; dan is dit de goede plek. Een huis en plek waaraan je kunt zien dat het met liefde gemaakt is en verzorgd wordt. Ook het zwembad, dat door eigenaresse Arianne elke 2 dagen schoongemaakt wordt geeft het verblijf iets extra's Arianne zorgt dat je je meer dan welkom voelt, is makkelijk bereikbaar en geeft advies over alles waar je behoefte aan hebt. Ook onze honden hebben genoten van het rustige buitenleven en waren meer dan welkom. Wij hebben met elkaar genoten van deze 2 weken, we gaan de rust nog missen.

De perfecte plek als je rust en privacy zoekt. Compleet ingericht en heel erg schoon. Naastgelegen stadje compleet met supermarkt en zeer goede restaurants. Fantastische gastvrouw Adrianne die ons, naast het welkomstpakket, ook nog verraste met groente uit eigen tuin. Lekker gebruikt voor de maaltijd samen met verse kruiden uit de kruidentuin naast de keuken. Ook had Adrianne tips voor uitstapjes naar bijvoorbeeld olijfolie proeverij. Het (privé) zwembad en de tuin met diverse zitjes, maakt het helemaal af.

When you’re looking for an authentic Italian house that feels like a warm and welcoming home, carefully crafted with a lot attention for details hosted by a wonderful Italian family in a beautiful private area, next to a nice and small little village; you need to look no further; Villa Barchetta is all this and more! We’ve had a magnificent stay here for two weeks and enjoyed the hospitality of the owners as much as the house and the surrounding areas; whether it’s the local restaurants or the agriturismo; you can find it all and it’s as pure and authentic as it can be. There isn’t a lot of ‘big tourism’ in this area and believe me; it’s a hidden treasure if you are a lover of the Italian countryside and all of the pure elements that it brings to enjoy, we highly recommend this wonderful house and it’s wonderful owners who were such a pleasure to get to know and we can’t wait to visit it again!

de aankomst was prima... we waren wat vroeger omdat onze vlucht vroeg was... we zochten ons huurhuis al op en spraken af dat eens dat de kuis gedaan was , we mochten inchecken... dat was heel wat vroeger dan voorzien... Onze huiscoaches (eigenaars, vooral Ariana)) waren de MAX... vriendelijk, deden suggesties voor uitstappen...eetgelegenheden...we voelden ons welkom en de vakantie was mede door hen de MAX de SUPER MAX...een aanrader!!!!

Het huis is top. Het is leuk, ruim en heel schoon. Alle ramen hebben horren waardoor je heerlijk kunt laten afkoelen zonder muggen ed. binnen te krijgen . Er is meer dan genoeg service en pannen voor het aantal gasten. Het zwembad is wat kleiner, maar door het systeem aan te zetten kan je 10 minuten zwemmen zonder de kant te bereiken. Het huis voelde gelijk aan als thuis . Het allerbeste van het huis was echter de eigenaresse Ariana. Een hele vriendelijke en gastvrije vrouw die alles doet om het haar gasten naar de zin te maken. Kan je iets niet vinden in de supermarkt, dan zorgt zij dat het er komt, wil je naar een wijnproeverij dan geeft ze adressen . En kom je op een morgen beneden staan er zoete lekkernijen voor het ontbijt. Die zet ze dan neer als ze het zwembad schoon komt maken. Wat kan een mens nog meer willen. Was echt top,

Het huis is prachtig gelegen en van alle gemakken voorzien. De eigenaresse Arianna is ontzettend behulpzaam en spreekt goed Engels. Het zwembad wordt 3x per week schoongemaakt. Goed om te weten is dat het zwembad niet zo diep is. De stroming die je aan kan zetten is erg leuk! In de woonkamer staat er flipperkast die erg in de smaak viel bij onze pubers. De tuin rondom het huis is prachtig en er zijn wel 4 plekken waar je gedurende de dag heerlijk kan gaan zitten. Het dorpje bij het huis is heel mooi en leuk om te gaan eten in het parkje boven in het dorp (Jodolido). Wat betreft uitstapjes is alles wel een eindje rijden, vooral door de kleine weggetjes waarop je rijdt, maar door het prachtige uitzicht is dat geen straf. Wij hebben echt genoten en zouden dit huis zeker aanraden!

Tip om de villa te vinden sla net voor het kerkhof rechtsaf in stijl naar beneden en dan 100m linksaf. Prima en attente ontvangst met basisproducten en toeristische informatie. Meer dan degelijk huis op de flank van een helling met een niet te versmaden uitzicht. Alles is heel degelijk echt meer dan een aanrader om de omgeving te verkennen. Arianna en haar familie staan voor je klaar om je perfect te ontvangen en huis/tuin en zwembad perfect te onderhouden. Fermo niet vergeten en ook Grottamare verdient een bezoek, perfect om te combineren met een strandbezoek. Heerlijke plek om te baden. Monte San Martino is een sympathiek dorpje met een kleine kruidenierszaak (mini-supermarkt) met op het marktpleintje een zeer lekker en gastvrij restaurantje.

Zeer rustige locatie, onze gps wist het niet te vinden, maar de eigenaars zijn ons dan zelf maar komen zoeken op de hoofdbaan om ons te begeleiden tot aan het huisje. De eerste indrukken waren fantastisch. Mooi uitzicht, proper zwembad, alle comfort aanwezig. Welkomstpakket met streekproducten aanwezig. Voldoende ruim voor een verblijf met zes personen. Meer zou wat krap zijn geweest. Wij hadden overdag temperaturen van 32 graden maar 's avonds koelde het voldoende af, zodat we geen nood hadden aan airco. Zwembad en tuin werden om de 2 dagen onderhouden, op die momenten kregen we van la mama vaak verse groenten uit de tuin. Bij een verblijf van 14 dagen worden lakens en linnengoed na een weekje ververst wat erg fijn is, uiteraard is de aanwezige wasmachine met 2 kleuters ook goed van pas gekomen! Dit vakantieverblijf is een aanrader!
