Sea Gull Condominiums unit 503 is ideally located on the fifth floor providing exceptional panoramic views of Mustang Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. We are “on the beach,” with access just a few steps across the boardwalk; beach towels are provided.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental sleeps 6 and has been recently remodeled. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and private bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed with a trundle twin, adjoining the hallway bath. Both bedrooms feature views of the resort pool as well as views of the gorgeous sunsets across Corpus Christi Bay. The bathrooms have hair dryers and complimentary toiletries.

From the living room you can enjoy the views of the beach and the ocean. It features a 55" Roku smart TV with sound bar for your viewing pleasure. There is a new queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space.

The bright and open kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your family's favorite meals, or maybe your special catch from your Port Aransas fishing adventures. The large bar countertop is perfect for serving or for the kids to sit at when eating. The kitchen features Corian countertops, a Cuisinart dual-brew (pot or single cup) coffee maker, blender, toaster, and lots of storage.

The dining table is perfect for your meals and also has views of the Gulf. It is a great place to play cards and board games. There are some games in the hall closet or you can bring your family favorites.
