Very nice renovated house for 10 people, 300 m from the beach

Response within an hour. Wifi, beware sheets and towels are not provided on site but you can hire an additional fee ... Completely redone and very well equipped, house with large garden 300 m from Langrune-sur-mer beach and very close of the sailing club. Arrival possible on Sundays and late on request. Two night minimum stay accepted. Tastefully decorated and completely redone, this house offers four bedrooms: on the ground floor 2 bedrooms with a double bed. A separate toilet, a shower. A large fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, food processor, coffee maker, etc.) a living room with TV, sofas, etc. Upstairs, two bedrooms for four people in each bedroom: 1 double bed, 2 single beds plus a cot. A WC and a bathroom, plus a corridor area for children with 2 low chairs.
A large garden of 650 m2, parking and outdoor parking. Charcoal barbecue, table, parasols and garden chairs.
Our animal friends are not accepted.
Possibility to rent sheets and towels on site, € 20 per bed, specify it when booking thank you.
Compulsory cleaning, possibility to pay deposit on site by check

Excellent base for visiting D Day landing beaches.

We are regular visitors to Normandy and the house was a great base to visit D Day landing beaches and other locations associated with No 4 Commando. An added bonus of being a 5 minute walk to the beach which the grandchildren (and their parents) loved.

Great for large groups

We had a great weekend. A group of eight adults experiencing the D-Day sights. The location is perfect, off street parking, two bathrooms, good kitchen and seating.

This was a home away from home for me and 3 friends touring the Normandy beaches - great location easy drive from Caen. Nice walk to beach and bike trails up and down the coast. House is exceptionally well appointed with all kitchen implements and machines that you could want. Dishwasher and Laundry a big plus. I hope to come back with my family. Isabelle the property manager helped us with every aspect and provided translation service for Us English speakers and some local vendors. Excellent - visit and enjoy this great home

Nous avons été contacté quelques jours avant notre arrivée pour la remise des clés.Très bien accueillis à notre arrivée. la maison est très propre, bien équipée et très bien placée. On peut faire quelques petites courses , aller au centre ville, à la plage sans prendre de véhicule. Un terrain arboré ,une grande terrasse et une cour ou on peut garer trois véhicules. Nous étions en famille , six adultes et quatre enfants et avons passé un agréable week-end.Je recommande ce logement.

Week-end en famille (8 adultes et 1 enfants de 7 ans) très agréable, la maison est adaptée au nombre de personne. L'emplacement est idéal pour se rendre à la plage et effectuer les visites aux alentours, quartier calme avec un jardin et une terrasse très appréciable. Sehr gute Ausstattung mit hochwertigen Möbeln, guten Betten, tolle Küche mit Allem was man braucht inkl. NespressoMaschine und Milchschäumer. Wir dachten, das Meer sei etwas näher, aber es steht ja, dass es am Ende des Gartens ist, der widerum aber nicht zum Ferienhaus gehört, sondern zu dem Anwesen, auf dem ein grosses, beeindruckendes, schönes Haus steht. Man geht also circa 150 Meter durch den Garten, dann kommt ein Waldstück und fann kann man durch eine abschließbare Türe an die private Bucht.

Sejour à Langrune

Tres bon sejour, Isabelle est au top gentillesse , accueil, réactivité, conseils. Maison très propre et bien entretenue.. seul petit bemol auquel personne ne peut rien le bruit des motards et des voitures lorsqu’on est dehors, au plus ils petaradent au démarrage, au plus ils sont contents...et la météo etant avec nous, nous etions dehors tte la journee. Si j’avais pu j’aurais mis 4,5 etoiles au lieu des 4..mais je n’y arrive pas Encore un grand merci à Isabelle et les jeunes ont tous été ravis de leur sejour et ont trouvé qu’il avait un gout de "trop peu" Cordialement

maison idéale pour vacances intergénérationnelles

La maison était impeccable et est très fonctionnelle. Nous avons passé une petite semaine à la toussaint en famille (3 générations). Les photos ne permettent pas de bien se rendre compte mais le séjour est suffisamment grand avec des canapés et jeux pour la famille en cas d'après-midis pluvieuses (oui, ça peut arriver en Normandie) et la maison est suffisamment proche de la mer pour filer à la plage à la première éclaircie. En conclusion, je recommande!

Superbe maison

Merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentille attention et à Isabelle pour son accueil ainsi que ses bons conseils. Nous avons passé un très agréable week-end dans cette charmante maison dans laquelle il ne manque rien, les matelas sont de bonnes qualités et la décoration de bon goût. Nous avons apprécié la propreté de la maison, la proximité de la plage et des commerces et le jardin arboré. Nous avons tout fait à pied, ce qui est un grand plus. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir mais la prochaine ce sera pour une semaine.
