This house sleeps 9 guests. Please see below for bed count:

- Room 1: King Bed (sleeps 2)
- Room 2: 2 Queen beds with Smart TV and Private Bathroom (sleeps 4)
- Room 3: Double Bed, 1 single bed, (sleeps 3)

BATHROOM:
2 Full bathrooms fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, wash cloths, towels, and a hair dryer.

KITCHEN AND DINING:
Fully stocked with pots & pans, plates, cups, mugs, utensils, cooking tools, coffee pot, toaster oven, oven, dish washer, refrigerator, and microwave. There are plenty of dining areas with seating and all the necessary dinnerware.

OUTDOOR AREAS:
The backyard has plenty of outdoor lounge furniture.

PARKING:
Free parking is available right outside the property for about 4 cars. No commercial vehicles allowed or trailers.

WHATS INCLUDED:
Free wifi, Smart TVs, community pool and tennis center with rackets and towels included. We provide a starter pack of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, & toiletry) for your first few nights. You may need to purchase more depending on use.

The entire house is for your exclusive use. Please observe checkin time is 4 PM due to high occupancy and new cleaning standards we may not be able to allow for an early checkin. If you require an checkin early please check with host to block out an additional night (if available) at a discounted rate, this will guarantee an early checkin.

We are here for you during your stay, but the level of interaction is up to you. The best way to contact us is through the app, but in case of an emergency, we are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self checkin upon arrival and self checkout.

The neighborhood is private and the house is located in a cul de sac for added safety. We are close to plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and shops.

Waze or any other map application are very reliable and will help you get around!

Please NO PARTIES AND NO SMOKING. Smoking inside the house will incur an additional cleaning fee. You can smoke outside.

Remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. we ask that you be mindful of the noise to respect the neighbors. Please treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Thank you

Private community requires strict observance of lower volume to outdoor music.
Commercial vehicle parking is not allowed in the neighborhood. Only 4 personal vehicles allowed.
•Observe Checkin 4pm and checkout 10am times and instructions. We may be unable to accommodate early checkin, however if it is available we charge $25 per hour. Unauthorized late checkouts will incur up to a $100 fee per hour or portion thereof.

•We strongly suggest you consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance to protect your investment from any unexpected covered cancellations. We cannot operate outside of our cancellation policy.

•NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS In case of a party or gathering to avoid cancellation with NO REFUND of unused nights. No Illegal activities allowed.

•EXTRA GUESTS not allowed without prior authorization.

•Outdoor Surveillance camera on site. There is 1 security camera on the property.
1 doorbell camera.
They are recording 24/7 for security purposes only. No cameras indoors or in private areas.

•No smoking inside $250 fine

•Be mindful of the noise to respect the neighbors. Keep noise down after 9pm and please keep noise to a minimum in the front of the house.

•Due to the property having a septic tank please ONLY flush toilet paper in toilets.

•We do inventory after each stay and any missing items, heavily soiled or damaged linen/towels, clogged toilets, excessive dirtiness or indoor smoking will be charged accordingly.
