Located in Barrais-Bussolles, the gîte enjoys a peaceful setting, surrounded by meadows and woods, with outdoor activities accessible directly on site. You can enjoy fishing in the owner's large pond, just 200 meters away, while the surrounding paths are perfect for hiking. Shops and services in Lapalisse are 6 km away, Vichy, the queen of spa towns, is 30 km away, and the Le PAL animal and amusement park is just 37 km away. Further afield, Moulins (55 km) and Vulcania and the Chaîne des Puys (100 km) are worthwhile excursions. A festive event, "L'embouteillage RN 7" (The RN 7 Traffic Jam), is planned in Lapalisse.

The ground floor comprises a living room with a fireplace and wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) for easy access. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, a mezzanine with a TV area and relaxation space, a shower room, and a separate toilet. Outside, the enclosed courtyard and 2,500 m² green space offer recreational facilities and a children's playhouse, all within a safe and verdant setting.

Heating and electricity are the responsibility of the guest and must be paid on-site at the end of your stay.
