The River House B is an upstairs unit located directly on the river. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has 2 full beds. There are also 2 rollaways in this home. No smoking. No pets. This cottage offers wireless internet. What a beautiful view!

THIS COTTAGE DOES NOT OFFER A BOAT DOCK OR LAUNDRY FACILITIES AT THIS TIME. GUESTS WILL HAVE TO PARK THEIR BOAT IN THE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE SLIPS LOCATED BEHIND THE BARNYARD.

Listing reflects dedicated boat slip #18 hence why we booked to find out only in the check in instructions that the dock and slip were compromised and unusable. We would not of selected this property if the listing had been accurate. Very deceiving especially for the price. The inside is dated and we killed several bugs inside the house.

We always enjoy staying at Steinhatchee Landings. This unit is a very nice unit, but it is showing some age. The shower fixtures in the master bath, needs to be replaced. They are just too old. I would estimate that they are at least 20- 25 years old. The shower head does not generate enough water at a sufficient volume to take a shower. The shower hot control knob does not change the temperature of the water virtually at all. The renter information folder is terribly out of date, doesn't show the current restaurants or menus and shows restaurants that have been closed. Other than that the unit was very nice and had everything that we needed. The communication with the host was fine. The Steinhatchee Landings amenities are first class, including the pool and trails along the Steinhatchee River. We always enjoy seeing the farm with the goats, chickens and rabbits. I would recommend this for any family with children. Mike

Great stay. Just know that the picture shows a large house but you only get the top or bottom.

Very easy to book and the house was very clean.
