Ski Condo With Short Walk to Lifts SH501

Very comfortable 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo. Summit House is only a 3-4 minute walk to Center Village and the American Eagle chairlift. You can ski to within 100 feet of the condo on the groomed trail that runs behind the Copper Mountain Inn and Timber Creek condos.

With 800 square feet of space, this two bedrooms condo is great for 6 people or a small family. The first bedroom has a King Bed. The second bedroom has 2 Queen Beds.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Enjoy the gas fireplace and dining room with a view of the mountain and Center Village. There is a private balcony off of the living room.

Summit House has two laundry rooms in the building. Your private ski locker is on the ground floor as you enter the building. There is a covered car port parking spot for 1 vehicle, this is an assigned spot. Any additional vehicles can park in the North Alpine Lot for an additional fee during the winter, summer is free. Center Village is the main base area for Copper Mountain. There are many great shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The American Eagle Chairlift accesses intermediate terrain. The American Flyer has some green terrain, but all first timers or beginners need to take the bus to West Village or walk to Green Acres. Green Acres is only a few minute walk and is a great learning area.
There are shared laundry facilities located in the building, the first is on the second floor and the other on the fourth.

Absolutely Wonderful!

My friends and I stayed at the condo for a few days and loved it. It is conveniently located, has a very well stocked kitchen, and had ample room! The provided equipment locker was a nice addition too!

Location, Location!

Location is where its at with this rental. Property was five minutes walk from the American Flyer and American Eagle lifts in Center Village.Property was clean, although, the property decor was a little dated, particularly, the couches and lighting. That being said, I would definitely use the rental again.

Close and convenient

The condo is fine, the large bedrooms and comfy sitting area are the best parts. Condo is showing it's age. Wasn't as stocked as other ski condo's we've rented, but it was clean, comfortable and location was good. That's why it's 4 stars not 5.

For the amount of money that I paid for this place...the owner needs to put some of that money back into the place. Sadly the place is falling apart.

Fantastic experience!!

First, Sky Run staff and their communication are great. We appreciated the call after arrival to see if all was well in the condo. The condo has an open design with a great view of the mountains and chutes. Access to a ski locker is so nice! The easy walk to the American Eagle lift takes only about 3 minutes. A dedicated covered parking space is convenient and reduces stress. The condo is in an older complex. It was immaculate and had everything we needed to cook; all utensils and cookware were in perfect condition and of high quality. The owners have updated the bathrooms, the bedrooms are spacious, the gas fireplace cozy, and a roomy dining table is right in front of the mountain-view window. We’d definitely like to stay here again!

Very good location in Central village. We walked everywhere ! Condo was spacious, clean and well appointed. Mountain views were spectacular ! The humidifiers were an extra touch and very much appreciated. I would certainly stay here again.

We had no direct contact with the host. The amenities were generally in good condition and clean. We had a few minor issues (light bulbs, some initial difficulty with dishwasher), but the property management company on site was super helpful and prompt! The kitchen was well stocked, the living area and bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the upgraded bathrooms were very nice. The ski locker was large and very conventient. The condo was an easy walk to Center VIllage. Great location!

Very nice apartment

Our family of 4 with two small children was perfect. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and there wasn't anything my kids could break. We were able to relax, ski and enjoy the beautiful view. Also, the wifi is very strong, we had multiple video meetings and never had any issues.

Great family trip

This property is in a great location, and we had a wonderful time. The condo is a little dated but served its purpose for us.

Not updated since 1970–dirty, broken down

This rental was dirty and old. The tub and sink has rust stains, the paint was peeling or coming off, the counters and cabinets were old and ugly. The furniture was worn and unpleasant to sit on. The thermostat would not regulate the temperature. The comforters were old and along with the extra blankets had hair on them. The all photos were hung uneven and the power cable to the TV was stretched so far it was likely a fire hazard. I could go on, but sufficed to say, at this price the place needs to be nice, clean, and have re-modeled since being built.

Overall just ok

The property is well located and close to everything. It was clean but felt dirty as the decor is extremely outdated and the kitchen supplies very basic. The most disturbing thing was the lack of lighting in the place rendering it very dim and dark. Sky Run Rental Co did provide another lamp and some more kitchen supplies upon request. The owners of this place need to update badly as it's really not rentable at this price. Sky Run staff was very nice except for Charlie. One evening we accidentally locked ourselves out of the room. We attempted to call the after hour emergency number for over an hour with no response, it sent us only to voicemail. Charlie from Sky Run finally answered and was extremely condesceding in his tone, did not apologize for the lack of response and simply just said the phone was not ringinig. No apology and quite frankly terrible customer service. Being locked out for over an hour is inexcusable. We definitely won't be renting this place again. It has potential but needs updating and clearly better after hour emergency response. Such a bummer as Copper Mountan is an amazing mountain to ride and visit.

SkyRun Copper is the best!

The team at SkyRun is the best! I had multiple questions and Doug went above and beyond communicating with me. It was a best booking and customer service in over a decade of coming to Copper. The condo was nice, too! Summit House is a great location for Center Village activity and lift access. The condo was clean and well appointed, but not too fancy. It was a great stay and trip with SkyRun. Thanks again.

Great stay, SUPER clean!

We enjoyed our stay so much! While the unit is dated a bit aesthetically, it was SUPER clean and in a great location. Short walk to center village lifts. Lots of space compared to newer units!
