Beautiful Spanish style, open plan 3 bedroom house on the InterCostal Waterway (ICW) of the Indian River.

Our newly renovated property includes your own heated saltwater pool, private outdoor regulation shuffle board deck, a professionally built Tiki Hut fabricated by a Floridian Native American Company which specializes in harvesting the Sable Palm fronds from the swamps of Florida in the most responsible and renewable methods possible...by hand! The outdoor kitchen is under the Tiki Hut, complete with a Yoder Pellet Smoker/Grill and The large Kamado Joe Grill, with a handcrafted 10' Cypress table for you and your family to share meals. The Florida Room (Back patio area) is covered and equipped with a 52" Outdoor TV with beautiful outdoor dining and lounging furniture. Outdoor surround sound system in the Florida Room and pool deck powered by SIRRIUS/XM. Crank it up or keep it low, it's up to you! The home has a gorgeous view of Pelican Island, famous for some of the best bird watching in Florida, several South American Migratory birds nest on the island and raise their young before heading south. Paddle boards are available for guests to enjoy and is the best way to see the wildlife above the water and below! And when we say below, we mean manatees, sea turtles, porpoises, dolphins, rays, and even lemon sharks.

Conveniently located 3 miles from Sebastian Inlet (by boat), 7 miles to Sebastian Airport skydiving center, and 14 miles from Wabasso Beach and Disney’s Vero Beach Resort. Also 7 miles to the nearest golf course- Sebastian Municipal Golf Course.

Enjoyable time at Coral Oasis

We celebrated an early family Christmas in the Sebastian area and stayed here. It was the perfect home with a fantastic set of amenities! We loved the Tiki bar, as well as the areas in the home to congregate and enjoy time together. Debbie made us feel so welcomed! Would recommend to any family looking to stay in this area.

Coral Oasis is AMAZING!

Debbie is an absolutely wonderful host, and the entire property is gorgeous! The Tiki bar and outdoor kitchen along with the pool where the focal point of our time here. Its a great place for relaxing and undwinding. We can't wait to come back again!

Backyard is the place to be

We really enjoyed use of the pool and outdoor cooking area. My family enjoyed palying yard games and being close to the river for boating and kayaking activites to the nearby islands. The owner is personabale and location is great! Owner even offered to give us a paddle board for use or to give us a local tour!

Loved the pool

Debbie met us upon our arrival to show us around her beautiful home. The home was very comfortable with an eighty-five inch TV and reclining seating in the living area. The house had everything we needed, including towels for the heated pool.  The lanai area had comfortable seating and we spent a lot of time there reading and enjoying the fresh air. The heated pool was much appreciated since we were able to use it on cooler days. Rhonda offered to let us use her well-appointed outdoor kitchen in the Tiki Hut as well as her indoor kitchen, but we chose to eat our meals at nearby restaurants. The only issue might be the trains that run down the Route 1 corridor and could be heard at night, but it didn’t bother us after we became accustomed to it. I think that just about any house in the area would have that issue. We totally enjoyed our stay!

Another Wonderful Stay

This was our second time at this amazing property and we enjoyed it even more than the first time. The house is comfortable with lots and lots of extras. The pool area and tiki kitchen is perfect for entertaining friends or relaxing by yourself. We hope to be back next year!

Coral Oasis was everything it was advertised as being. The location was amazing with views of the Indian River that were spectacular. The house itself had everything you could have possible needed, from the state of art outdoor kitchen, gorgeous pool area, to the beautiful house itself. Deb was a gracious host who supplied us with everything needd.

Fabulous teen-friendly getaway!

We had an amazing time for a short getaway to visit our son at Florida Tech. This house was impeccably clean and equipped with any amenity you could ask for. The outside seating and dining area was used all day long...perfect for morning coffee. The pool was crystal clear and the perfect temp for a refreshing dip. We all learned to play shuffleboard ...even the teens. All was better than expected, but our favorite spot was the tiki bar. We were able to grill, smoke ribs, make popcorn and even have hotdogs for lunch using all of the incredible equipment. The LED lights really were the perfect touch to our tropical fun. The proximity to the railroad tracks was unexpected, but would not keep me from returning. Thank you!

This was hands down the best house we have stayed in through a online booking site. Beautiful house, superbly equipped kitchen, bathrooms, and pool area. But the absolute best is the tiki hut that has every outdoor kitchen appliance you can imagine. The owner Debbie was fantastic and answered every question. Definitely will return! The fishing was great too.

A nice quiet get-away for the family

This was a perfect house for my family to escape and relax. The owner was very nice and helped us check in an made sure we were happy. The pool was set at a comfortable 88 degrees. The tiki hut was a fun place to drink and cook out on the grill. My kids used the available kayaks and SUPs to hit the waterway across the street. Overall, our family trip was fun and stress free.

This home was by far the best we have ever rented. Debbie met us on arrival was great to have this welcome. Beautiful home, pool was amazing with the hot weather we had. Debbie’s cleaners, pool guy and neighbours were so nice to us. We would not hesitate to recommend this home to any of our friends or family. It was hard to get our 90 year old mom to leave . She was very much enjoying her morning and afternoon swim. Thank you Debbie for your speedy replies for all of our needs while there. Beautiful Clean home awesome owner great area. If we come to Florida next year we would not hesitate to stay at Debbies place.

Why they chose this property

The 'Coral Oasis' is a unique property located in the heart of the Treasure Coast and all the charm of 'old Florida' (pre tourism) has to offer. Far enough away from the tourist 'meccas' of Orlando, but close enough to go for the day! The Treasure Coast has a laid back sleepiness to it that is inviting and will lull you into a simple rhythm of deep relaxation. This relaxation is aided by the Coral Oasis and her simple but thoughtful amenities; private pool, Regulation Shuffleboard Deck, Tiki Hut, Indoor and outdoor sound system, high thread count linens on all beds, Florida Room with plush and deep cushions on the outdoor furniture. Once you take a nap on the outdoor couch with your favorite music playing in the background and maybe after a adult beverage prepared at the Outdoor Kitchen Tiki Bar, I think you'll see what we mean about "simple relaxation"!

What makes this property unique

Our love of travel has enabled us to fill the house with one of a kind items that are meant to be enjoyed. Each room has a one-of-a-kind handmade Afghan wool rug that was selected for the decor and setting of each room. The rugs are not show pieces, they are works of art that are meant to be enjoyed and walked on, feel the plush softness of the Merino Wool. We have chosen items that are meaningful to us and we want to share the joy that we get from them with others.
