Quiet and without vis-à-vis. On the ground floor: entrance with clearance, toilet and cloakroom, shower room, large living / dining room with fireplace, open kitchen (dishwasher), adjoining storeroom (fridge / freezer and washing machine) and a bedroom with bathroom. On the floor, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with WC. Small garage for bicycles and strollers.
The property is 2KM from the village of Pignans with all amenities (shops, bakeries, pharmacy, bank, post office, restaurants) and its Provencal charm (market on Thursday).
