This super cool, newly remodeled home is walking distance to OSU campus and stumbling distance to Eskimo Joe's, Shortcakes, Sonic, and all the eating places you desire! The Homecoming parade route is only 10 steps away! The house features two private bedrooms, one shared bedroom, a pull out couch and two private bathrooms. It comes with a fully stocked kitchen, laundry room and a large outdoor patio area which is perfect for hosting your pregame festivities and graduation celebrations!

This home is set up to accommodate those looking for a clean, safe and inexpensive nights stay close to the OSU campus. The Pete Retreat comes equipped with the following:

- Two spacious bedrooms 
-One shared bedroom
-Two bathrooms 
-Laundry room
-Outdoor patio with a propane grill and a fire pit 
-Basic kitchen utensils
-Keurig coffee maker with complimentary K-cup pods. 
The driveway allows three vehicles to park and five additional spaces are available behind the property. Free street parking is also available!

I was in town for the MidSouth Gravel Race and this place was great. The college area is a bit rundown, but Rhett's house is newly remodeled and very comfortable. Would def stay again and recommend if you're doing anything in Stillwater
