About this property

A Traditional Brick And Flint North Norfolk Cottage

The cottage has a lobby way for boots and shoes with a downstairs toilet as well as a bath with Shower and toilet upstairs.
There is a modern well equipped kitchen with fridge microwave cooker Hob and dishwasher.
The living room has a lovely log fire.
Upstairs bedroom one has two single beds, Bedroom two has a double bed. The third bedroom which Ieads off bedroom two has a new good quality fold away bed, which in turn leads to the upstairs bathroom.
Heaters provide a warm and cosy environment.
There is a travel cot a stair gate and a high chair.
The large enclosed garden provides privacy and space to relax with a table and seating. The garden is accessed from a path which leads off the courtyard. It is not situated directly behind the house but is easily accessible. Please note the cottage maintains original features, such as lower door frames, and has steep stairs leading to the upstairs. The cottage is not suitable for people with limited mobility.

This is a lovely cottage renovated to a high standard. Set in a rural position with access to all of the amenities of Holt, Sheringham and surrounding areas.

What makes this property unique

The cottage is set in a courtyard of ten cottages it has parking for one car and a large private enclosed garde.
