Absolutely the best place!!

Chris and Jill are wonderful hosts and have an absolutely beautiful place. They were so accommodating to our last minute family emergency and offered us the best stay possible. The house is perfect, they have everything you’ll need including a golf cart that you can tour this beautiful golf cart community in. Perfect for a short or extended stay. Thank you again! You guys are great hosts!

Peaceful Peachtree villa

As the name suggests, this was one of the most peaceful places we’ve stayed in. There were three of us and there was ample space in the villa for us. It was clean, and had enough pots and pans and crockery. We paid a little extra for the golf cart, and used it to explore all the nearby area. The hosts were quick to reply to any questions we had.

Beautiful town, Wonderful Hosts, great loomed!

Cannot say enough on this home away from home. Both were very accommodating and made sure we had everything we need. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The master shower was very roomy! The master bed was very comfortable. Property well kept. We enjoyed seeing PTC via golf cart paths and we were not that far from many restaurants and businesses. Traffic was quiet and neighborhood peaceful. Thank you again!

the Commerfords

My son and his family loved it. He just said to mention that in one bathroom it seemed like somebody had spilled some dark substance on the ac vent. This just as a FYI

We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay in this very comfortable house which is set in a peaceful and very attractive residential area of Peachtree City. The price was great in comparison to others in the area and met all our needs (we are a family of seven). The owners dealt with any issues we had very quickly and were very helpful and swift to answer queries. The golf cart that comes with the house (for a small extra fee)was fantastic fun and a very handy way of seeing more of the area accessing local facilities. There is a lovely peachtree in the front garden of the house which seems to provide fruit for the red deer and squirrels. Not something you find in the UK! We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great Long-Term Stay!!

What a great experience we had staying at Peachtree Villa! We were there for 9 weeks working at Pinewood Studios, about a 15 minute drive away. There were 2 of us, with 2 cars. Plenty of space in the driveway without stacking the cars. The house was clean, cute, updated and comfortable! Nicely decorated and a nice neighborhood setting. Pictures are totally accurate. Master bed and bath downstairs on one side of the house. 2 bedrooms and a bath upstairs on the other side of the house. So upstairs and downstairs accommodations are very private and exclusive from each other. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping! And the owners are very responsive and helpful! Would totally stay here again!!

Kelley was super sweet and a perfect guest! Her party was clean, quiet, and were nice enough to watch over the house when we needed a repair. They are welcome back anytime.

our stay

chris thanks for helping us ,when we got locked out.let me start by saying,we liked all the upgrades you have made downstairs. but i was not really pleased with what i found upstairs. cosmetics really.both bedroom’s upstairs all 3 blinds were broken. all fans appeared to have never been cleaned.several of the white vent covers were rusted out orange. the neighborhood was not what we expected.i felt like the listing was not what we found when we arrived. lynette, house keeper was very kind, having texted us 3x. we kept the home very tidy,as we never cooked @at all. i am sure she found the home especially tidy in our exit. we never used your T.V.’s, best of luck, genia vincent

Older adults

We enjoyed staying at the house. Nice quiet neighborhood close to restaurants, shopping etc. we were 4 adults in our 80s and the house was convenient for us. The TV and door locks are fixed ready for the next patron. The master bathroom could use some bars and maybe a hand shower making it more convenient for older patrons. Other than that, everything was perfect for us. Would recommend this house to anyone who wants to enjoy Peachtree City.

Great Location

Property was clean, comfortable, and accommodating. Was close to shopping and restaurants. Very walkable. The available Golf Cart was a plus, we used it for trips to the lake, restaurants, and sightseeing.
