GORGEOUS views from every room and from the 32 foot patio/deck. Follow the path to another patio under the trees and enjoy peaceful setting and wildlife viewing. Living area has rock fireplace and built-in bookcase. Large kitchen is open to living area. Dine at the breakfast bar or the charming dining/sitting room. Lake and river access close by.

This was a perfect place to stay. It was a great base for exploring the local wineries and would also be a great spot for exploring the lake or the several historic areas in close proximity. Everything was clean, comfortable, and as described. My only advice would be that if you have trouble with walking or stairs you might consider another option as you need to walk down a few uneven steps to get from the parking spot to the house. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The location and property were fabulous. It was far enough away from Sam Antonio to where the stars were beautiful at might and close enough that we were able to go into town a few times. The property was beautiful and the balcony was perfect for my proposal to my girlfriend.

The property is very nice! It is modern with old Texas charm. Nicely appointed with all amenities. Relaxing outdoor space. The deer that walk through the yard are visible from large windows. The owner, Jose, communicated well and was accommodating. We enjoyed some of the suggested amenities too.

The place was wonderful. You felt secluded yet you were actually in the middle of everything. Close to good restaurants, especially Elio‘s Italian restaurant. Or if you want to go further and do the caverns and Guadalupe State Park or just hang close and do the Comal nature tour and the Gorge. Dogs loved it and the outdoor fire pit and indoor fireplace were definite plus when it was cold. Deer everywhere
