This charming 3 bedroom village townhouse is conveniently located in the heart of Arrowhead Village next to the communal pool and hot tubs, and is a short walk from the ski slopes and to Vista restaurant.

This open-floor plan home features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, spacious living room with gas fireplace, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, village balcony, underground parking for 1 vehicle.

This gorgeous home also benefits from being an exclusive for The Travel Whisperer. This means that guests staying at E1 Village Townhouse have access to a range of services for the duration of your stay. All stays will have a Destination Host, who will be there to handle any requests during your stay. Your Destination Host is on hand to assist with grocery deliveries, restaurant recommendations, hiring a private chef, baby equipment rental and much more.

The bedroom configuration for this home is as follows:

Master Bedroom - King Bed with ensuite bathroom
Second Bedroom - Two Queen Beds with ensuite bathroom
Third Bedroom - Twin over King Captains Bunk with twin trundle
Sleeping with configuration will accommodate up to 10 people

Our guests receive attentive, personalized service from time of booking until after your departure. A dedicated Personal Concierge is available to assist with planning every aspect of your getaway from the moment you book. Your dedicated Property Host will reach out 7 days prior to arrival with directions and check-in details. Property access codes will be sent the day of arrival.

For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay refresh and linen change is included as part of your booking. Linen is changed, beds are made, trash is removed, bathrooms are cleaned, towels refreshed, the kitchen is attended to, and all surfaces & faucets are left sparkling and disinfected.

For stays of fewer than 8 nights, mid-stay cleaning is not included but can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

Please note: The HOA no longer permits gas grills at this property, so the grill has been removed.

This home requires a Damage Protection Policy to cover your stay for accidental damage up to $3,000. This policy is required from this property manager and already included in the displayed price. Guests who prefer to place a security deposit for this amount in lieu of the Damage Protection Policy can inquire for additional details.

The management company was amazing and so responsive and helpful! We knew everything we needed to know about the area before we even arrived! Can't wait to come back.

Not worth the money

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo could definitely use some TLC. It hasn't been updated in awhile and the wear and tear is showing. It was quite expensive and I would have rather stayed in Beaver Creek village. There was plenty of snow, but the resort didn't groom the runs down to Arrowhead, so we had to take the shuttle back to our condo. So, it wasn't ski in/ski out. Also, the fire alarm went off due to a leak in the ceiling. We dealt with the fire fighters, alarm company and maintenance while we were there. We could only use 1 of the 3 bathrooms for 1 night. It was a mess. The property management company never got back to me when I asked for support. It was a terrible experience. I would never rent from them again.

awesome ski in/out stay at beaver creek

Our house was great! Had pretty much everything we needed, enough beds for our group, and it was a wonderful surprise that we could ski in/out from the place or take a shuttle if we needed to and were at the main part of the lodge. Would stay again if I'm back in CO!

We were able to do everything that we hoped to do. The Travel Whisper group was fantastic. I can’t say that completely about Mountain Management. They were great from the initial walk through but once we had a maintenance issue, nothing was ever done about it. The accommodations were pleasant with the exception of the thermostats. We were unable to cool the house done regardless of what we tried. It was super hot and uncomfortable.

Sparsely Furnished for the Money

Lovely property, delightful area. While this unit can sleep 8-10 people, there is not enough furniture in the living room/dining room. We were 6 adults (2 couples, 2 singles). There is one couch in the living room and no chairs. Only 3 could sit comfortably on the couch, 4 if you don’t mind being cozy! There is no place for others to sit. The dining room table has 6 chairs with no spares in sight. And the spacious kitchen counter has only 2 counter stools. The fireplace is large and very nice. Unfortunately the huge TV perched above it is too high and at an awful angle that makes viewing hard on the neck! (We tried to watch a movie, and gave up!). In my opinion the living space in this unit needs a complete re-design. This unit is better suited for 4 people as currently furnished.
