The open kitchen includes an open counter bar and a spacious counter for entertaining. Once you step foot into this nicely updated and luxury condo you will not have to leave, the kitchen provides everything you need to cook up a delicious vacation meal. Nikkini Beach Retreat offers unbeatable views from your own private balcony, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or your afternoon cocktail. Spectacular gulf views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom.

Master Bedroom – The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, en-suite bath, and. access to the balcony and a beautiful view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The Master bedroom also offers a large flat screen television and breathtaking gulf views. Second Bedroom – The guest bedroom sleeps additional 3 guests, as it includes a queen-size bed, 1 twin bed, and access to a full hall bath.

This gulf-front condo offers a unique and breathtaking view of the beautifully landscaped grounds and the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Once you arrive inside the gated property you are surrounded by lush gardens, tropical pools, and white sand beaches that stretch for miles. Guests at Edgewater enjoy two huge swimming pools (one heated and the other with a waterfall!), toddler wading pool, adult hot tub, tiki bar (where you can have lunch poolside), professional putting green, shuffleboard, playground for children, basketball court, lots of open space to play soccer or football, fitness center, and underground parking.

Beach access: As a guest, you will have access to 420-linear feet of private beach. You can rent chairs and umbrellas from the onsite beach service company.

We had a great family vacation at this condo. The unit was clean, well equipped and had amazing views of the ocean! The building, pool, and grounds were immaculate, and it was a short drive/walk to the grocery and multiple restaurants and activities for the kids.

We had a wonderful time on Spring break staying in this beautiful condo! Updated yet very cozy and perfect for families. Fully stocked kitchen plus fun stuff for the beach. Comfortable beds, a huge patio with 2 doors and plenty of comfortable seating out on the patio. I would absolutely stay here again and look forward to it!!! Thank you!

Beautiful/Relaxing Condo

This is our second time staying in this particular condo at Edgewater! It’s my favorite condo because of the beautiful updates and “feel” you have while you’re staying there! It has the most gorgeous views of the beach and close to the elevator! The resort has two large pools and is a short walk to the beach (one of few condos with these amenities)!

We had a nice stay with our family at the condo. Excellent communication with the property manager and anytime something happened they would check in. The Edgewater facility has made updates to make it nicer. A few things to note is I believe the owner might have a dog, there is dog hair in the cushions of the furniture so if you’re allergic be mindful.

My family had such a great time on our 2024 Spring Break vacation. We enjoyed the room and the edge water community. We enjoyed everyday even if it was a rain day and we spent the day shopping. We had something to do everyday! The pool/spa area was great and we enjoyed just relaxing poolside. We also thought the workout room was amazing with great equipment. All around great experience for us, would recommend to everyone.

The condo is decorated adorable! The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Pools are good, large hot tub. Private beach is a huge plus. Great location. The downside is a small master shower, mattresses are not the most comfortable and the on-site management company is not a fan of a 3rd party mgmt company, it was obvious!

It was beautifully decorated. Had every thing you need in the kitchen and for the beach!!! So nice to have beach chairs. We had a little maintenance issue we called and had a response within minutes and fixed with in the hour. Very professional. Would stay there again. Also the property pools and grounds are beautiful!! Well kept.

Thew view from the condo is great. I love that the beach is private, it wasn't crowded at all which made the beach visits much more relaxing. I was a little frustrated I wasn't allowed to set up my own beach tent for my baby, but the chair service provided us an extra umbrella for free and that worked out well. The pool and hot tub were great too. I would definitely come back to this condo again. Only wish there wasn't an early check in fee, I've never been charged this at other condos if I got there an hour early, that's a little disappointing.

Because the front desk at Edgewater kept telling my husband we were third party renters and we weren't their guest and there was only one car tag left in the room and accused him of losing it. One lady in particular a red head. Otherwise all was good. Loved the view from the balcony and all the amenities.

We had a nice stay with the condo in a great location, clean, well decorated & good amenities. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Enjoyed the pool areas, but lounge chairs fill up quickly at times. No issues other than a lack of WiFi & cable for days. 30A Rental Properties did maintain some contact with us about this matter with us finally provided the WiFi passwords of other condos for our use, but we would have appreciated this being done sooner if this was how it was going to be addressed. We never had cable & were simply told it was a building wide issue. Overall, it was a good stay & we would return.

Nice getaway

The room was very nice. Condo association needs to repair things at the building. Down to one working elevator, out of three, I believe. Wires hanging for ceiling of elevator, broken air conditioner, I believe. Big pool was closed and had a broken pump for 2 weeks at least by talking to other guests. Looks like overall the grounds were nicely kept.

The condo was perfect! It literally has everything you need from a cooler to beach chairs and toys. It was very clean ,and the balcony is huge! The ocean view is perfect! The only complaint I have is the parking. We have a bigger SUV. There was parking marked High Top parking where smaller cars and smaller suvs parked. One night we had to park outside the gate due to no parking. Theres plenty of parking in garage but our vehicle wouldn't fit in the garage. Other than that, I would defiantly stay again!
