Spacious and modern, it’s located on the top floor of a contemporary residence with an elevator and a large car park. The accommodation features a vast glass surface and two covered terraces offering stunning views of the Bay of Algajola and the surrounding mountains.

Nestled in Aregno, this penthouse is close to the charming village of Algajola, known for its picturesque atmosphere and vibrant bars, bookstore/press, restaurants and ice cream parlours. The Corsican railway station (Calvi - L’Ile Rousse liaison) is a 10-minute walk away.

The apartment comes with wifi access, two televisions and reversible air conditioning.

The apartment is renovated and very modern. Everything was very clean, so I felt right at home when I arrived. The pictures in the exposé correspond exactly to reality. One balcony faces west and faces the sea so I could enjoy the sunset every evening. On the other balcony you can view the mountains. The approx. 1.5 km long beach is only a five-minute walk from the accommodation. Numerous other very beautiful and clean beaches and small bays can be reached by car very quickly. Starting points for hikes can also be reached very quickly by car, for example Foret de bonifatu and many beautiful mountain villages. The hosts were very informative and responded to my questions very quickly. The lady at check-in was very friendly and was always available to answer questions. Everything went smoothly.

This is unquestionably a property which ticks all my boxes. On the third floor of a block of apartments. The communal areas are clean and well kept. The apartment itself is one to wish for in one’s dreams ! Well equipped and clean. The balconies are perfect (for me). Sun in the morning and the evening with shade in the midst of the day. Good sea views and perfect for an evening aperitif and after dinner a nightcap ! Beach is about 4-5 mins walk and is amazing. Would recommend a pre dinner swim if you don’t spend the day on the beach. The most upmarket SuperU is just down the road and a patisserie for the breakfast treat. Loads of restaurants nearby to suit every taste. The closest had food (meat and fish) cooked on charcoal every night with an amazing wine carte - quality wine and enjoyable food / right on the beach with a memorable sunset. There are better places up the beach (turn right and walk about 800m) where the menu is on a blackboard but the waiters understand wine so that you get what you ask for (go for dry white with mineral terrain - much better than the rose - OK 50 Euro a bottle, but next week we won’t be in Corsica !) I can’t recommend this apartment and location enough. It’s perfect

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en , l'appartement est très bien situé pour visiter la Balagne, plages et villages perchés dans la montagne. Sehr komfortable Wohnung mit wunderschönem Rundumblick

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser komfortabel ausgestatteten und persönlich eingerichteten Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft und man kann Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Weiter Blick und schöne Umgebung

Ein sehr schönes Appartment, in erster Linie für Paare geeignet. Sehr gut ausgestattet.In dem Haus sicher die beste Wohnung.Stellplatz nach freier Wahl.Deutsche Fernsehrprogramme wären noch ergänzungsfähig.Aber wer braucht bei dieser tollen Umgebung und diesen vielen zahlreichen Restaurants in dem schönen, nicht zu großen Ort, romantischen Ort, schon Fernsehen ? Wir haben u s sehr wohlgefühlt.

Toller Urlaub mit herrlichem Blick in schöner Wohnung

Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll eingerichtet, es gibt sämtliche notwendigen Utensilien und sogar mehr (wie Sonnenschirme). Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt sehr gepflegt. Von den anderen Mietparteien hört man wenig. Die Wohnung liegt zentral, nah am Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto nicht weit. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und bemüht, auch Nicolas, der uns die Schlüssel ausgehändigt hat. Schön wäre es, wenn es in der FeWo auch Prospekte in englischer Sprache gäbe. Aber das Internet funktionierte ausreichend gut, sodass Infos nachgeschaut werden konnten.

Fantastischer Urlaub

Wir verlebten einen wunderbaren Urlaub an diesem fantastischen Ort! Die ausgesprochen gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit dem wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für die vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten auf dieser schönen Insel. Vermieter und lokaler Ansprechpartner waren ausserordentlich aufmerksam, gern kommen wir wieder!

Un très bel appartement idéalement situé, avec vue mer et montagne !

Un très bel appartement, neuf, très bien équipé, avec une vue magnifique. Son emplacement permet de visiter la Balagne aisément et sa proximité d'Algajola laisse également la possibilité d'accéder à pied à la station. Une propreté irréprochable, un accueil, une disponibilité, des conseils et la gentillesse de Nicolas. Seul petit bémol pendant notre séjour : la baie vitrée de notre chambre qui ne s'ouvrait pas et ne permettant pas l'accès à ce balcon.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce magnifique appartement très bien équipé et parfaitement conforme au descriptif. Il est idéalement situé pour découvrir la région de la Balagne et profiter de ses belles plages. La grande pièce à vivre est très confortable et elle offre une splendide vue mer. Une adresse exceptionnelle!

Tout commence par l'accueil chaleureux de Nicolas. Puis c'est l'émerveillement lorsque vous franchissez le seuil de l'appartement de Lucile et Benoit. La lumière, la décoration, l'agencement, les deux balcons avec vue imprenable sur la mer pour l'un et sur les montagnes de Balagne pour l'autre. Et puis en prenant possession temporairement des lieux vous appréciez la fonctionnalité de l'appartement, tout est pensé en termes de rangement, d'accès, de disposition des pièces. La situation, proche de Calvi, de l'Ile Rousse, des forêts et des vallées parcourues par les rivières et torrents (calmes en été) de Balagne est idéale pour concilier plages, randonnées, visites. Bref une adresse de vacances quasi-idéale pour un couple recherchant le calme, la proximité de sites remarquables, la possibilité d'activités multiples ou tout simplement le repos!
