Very central apartment and all exterior, completely renovated (April 2015) ideal for 4 or 6 people ... adults and 1 baby and another child ..... 3 bedrooms with wardrobes, 2 double beds (1.50) and two other beds (90), lof for kitchen-dining room and another room of iron or rested. 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies and a patio. All amenities, (wifi / tv / washing machine / dishwasher / microwave / fridge / dryer etc.) One step away from the best shopping area and 5 minutes from downtown, next to bus and train station, one step away from the famous laurel street .. The building does not have garages, but the previous number rents places at reasonable prices

Highly recommend

The condo was in a great location, very clean and spacious. The owners were very friendly and easy to deal with, especially since we do not speak any Spanish. The parking garage was definately a plus at a reasonable price. price.

Great apartment, close to center of a very lovely town

The apartment is very well appointed, decorated and maintained. It has everything you could possibly need and the owners were great and very helpful. Logorno is a very nice town with lots of nice restaurants, quaint historic section and great wineries. I HIGHLY recommend the town and especially this property!

Awesome place to stay!

Mar is a great hostess. Very helpful and checked on us part way thru our stay. The apartment has a great location, 1 min from a grocery store 15 minutes n from lovely downtown Logrono. It is loaded with charm and many many amenities including a well equipped kitchen, lovely touches throughout the apartment, and just about everything you might need for a stay. It is also spacious, light, and airy. A perfect location for your visit to Logrono and the sorounding areas. PS a wine bodega is about a 15 min walk😀

Perfect Place in the Perfect Location

The four of us selected Mar's apartment as our HQ for exploring Rioja. Being ideally situated in Logrono not only accomplished that, but allowed us to explore on foot everything we needed to see and do in Logrono. In addition, Mar, Javier and their extended family went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We were very, very comfortable in the apartment, and didn't lack for a single thing during our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better spot to enjoy Logrono and the surrounding region.

Well-appointed very comfortable in Logroño

There are three bedrooms and two baths (neither ensuite), one with twin beds. (There is also a pull-out bed in the living room.) The bathrooms were extremely nice with great showers. Even though the apartment is on a main street, it is very quiet, and there are blackout shades. Parking is available through the owners for about 15 euros/day. The check-in process was very easy, and the owners were available through WhatsApp during our stay (although we had no problems and didn't need to get in touch with them). About a 15-minute walk to the Old Town and restaurants. Overall, very highly recommended if you are in Logroño.

Stellar Accomodation!

This is a very clean, well maintained, beautiful rental! We recently stayed here with our adult children and had more than enough room, as the apartment is quite spacious. The owner has added so many personal touches that you are made to feel very welcome, as soon as you enter the door. The location is walking distance to grocery store, pharmacy, the centro, and almost anywhere else you may want to go. Parking is available for a small additional fee. Owner is very easy to work with, and replies to all inquiries and emails very promptly, in Spanish. We only stayed 2 nights, but would love to return and stay for much longer. Everything is bright and cheery, and very up to date. Thank you Mar for providing such a lovely place for our family to stay!

Comodidad y encanto

Piso céntrico, cálido, precioso, luminoso, con todo tipo de detalles que cubren cualquier necesidad, muy buena limpieza, detalles de bienvenida que se agradecen enormemente. La dueña pendiente del bienestar de los huéspedes,. Todo perfecto en cuanto al alojamiento pero un poco de confusión con el precio que muestra el anuncio de la página. Era un piso para 7 huéspedes,con 4 habitaciones y sin necesidad de camas supletorias. El anuncio muestra precio referido al número de habitaciones (4), no al número de huéspedes que puede albergar(7). A primera vista esto no está especificado en el anuncio.Rápidamente al hacer la reserva se incrementa el precio y añade el suplemento correspondiente a tres huéspedes. Por tanto, el precio del anuncio no es para 7 huéspedes sino para 4 en tal caso, cosa que nos extrañó porque mi búsqueda es ,desde el principio, ajustada a 7 huéspedes .

Fantástico

Precioso apartamento decorado al mínimo detalle. Las imágenes de la web se quedan cortas con lo que nos encontramos. El apartamento se encuentra muy cerca de la estación de tren y a unos minutos del centro. Mar, la propietaria, estuvo pendiente en todo momento de que todo estuviese a nuestro gusto. 100% recomendable y desde luego, para volver a repetir.

Autumn stay in Logrono

A lovely first floor apartment located within a 10 minute walk of the old town with all its restaurants and tapas bars, though the local neighbourhood also offers some of these options, including a supermarket. The owners (Mar, Javier and their son Alfonso) did everything possible for us to enjoy our stay. Car parking was arranged at local secure underground car park, as was storage for our two electric bikes. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, hob, washing machine and dishwasher (no standard oven) and there is space aplenty in the lounge-diner. As an added bonus the apartment was cleaned once a week by Tina, which was especially useful as we stayed a month. Highly recommended to one and all whether on a holiday or business trip.

PERFECTO

La casa es una delicia, con todo lujo de detalles y un gusto exquisito en la decoración. Además de esto, la ubicación es excelente, 10 minutos andando al casco antiguo, paseo que puedes aprovechar para hacer compras y disfrutar de la parte más moderna de Logroño. Mar y Javier, los anfitriones perfectos, en todo momento pendientes de que no nos faltara nada y con accesibilidad 100% por si necesitábamos cualquier tipo de información. Finde largo en La Rioja

El apartamento está muy bien, tal como muestra el anuncio. Destacaría la limpieza, el equipamiento ( no le falta detalle ), la decoración y la situación. Y, los dueños, muy atentos, amables y dispuestos a resolver cualquier incidencia o duda durante toda la estancia. También es de agradecer tener algunas cosas cuando llegas, como agua, café, etc .. no siempre es así y sinceramente, suma muchísimo. En resumen, totalmente recomendable. Muchas gracias!!

Primero agradecer a Mar por su atención. El piso es excelente, moderno,decorado con mucho gusto,amplio, luminoso y bien insonorizado. No le falta detalle, todo a pedir de boca. Habitaciones amplias y las camas super confortables. Se descansa muy bien.A escasos 10 min de la mágica calle Laurel y San Juan. Sin duda volvería a repetir. Recomendado 100%. Inmejorable

El piso es precioso, reformado y decorado con un gusto inmejorable. Dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia muy cómoda y agradable, incluso nos dejaron cafe, leche, algo de bolleria, zumo, para el desayuno, cosa que agradecimos porque llegamos tarde y al levantarnos teniamos algo para poder tomar. En cuanto a la limpieza decir que también es excelente, el piso estaba impecable. La comunicación con Mar, la propietaria, ha sido excelente. Ha estado muy atenta y preocupada por si necesitábamos alguna cosa en todo momento. La ubicación del piso también es muy buena, esta a escasos 10 minutos de la zona comercial y zona de tapeo. Recomendamos este alojamiento al 100x100.

Excelente piso y bien situado en Logroño. Decorado con un gusto exquisito. Los dueños dejaron muchos productos para que nos sirviéramos de ellos. Siempre estuvieron a nuestra disposición para explicarnos todo lo que necesitábamos. Estuvimos muy cómodos. Todo es como lo que se ve en las fotos. Piso lujoso, con mucho espacio y buenas vistas de la ciudad. Además tiene la parada del autobús en la puerta y varios comercios de alimentación debajo del edificio.

Fantástico

Apartamento amplio, totalmente equipado, muy bonito y con todo detalle, y muy limpio. Camas muy cómodas. Situado a menos de 10 min del centro, en una zona con tiendas y cafeterías al lado. La dueña nos aconsejó bares, restaurantes y bodegas, y nos proporcionó la opción de plaza de garaje. Si volvemos a Logroño, sin duda volveremos a este apartamento.

Perfecto para conocer Logroño y descansar

Una casa muy cuidada y muy bien ubicada. Perfecta para ir andando al casco antiguo y para salir a conocer otras zonas en coche. La casa era el sitio perfecto para descansar y el salón comedor tiene una distribución y ambiente perfectos para charlar y comentar el día tomando algo. Muy recomendable.
