Cayman Conch Quest is a beautiful oceanfront condo in the much-desired district of Rum Point/Cayman Kai.
Situated just 100 feet from the ocean, here you will find some of the best snorkeling and scuba diving on the island. Our first-floor condo features awesome ocean views of the Caribbean Sea throughout. Features include all modern appliances and furniture. Enjoy high-speed internet connected TV with premium channels, DVD player and CD Stereo located in the living room entertainment center. A TV and DVD player are also in the master suite. Internet access is included for your use. Central air conditioning will keep you comfortable throughout your stay. There are ceiling fans in each room as well. The screened lanai, furnished with table and seating for 6, beach towels/bags/chairs/mats/umbrellas/cooler and ceiling fan, is a great place to enjoy a meal or step out onto the private deck, where you can enjoy the white, sandy semiprivate beach and ocean breezes on comfortable reclining lounges.

This holiday rental was perfect for us. Great amenities and the location was great, far from the madding crowds! We had the pool to ourselves as there was only one neighbour next door. Who worked locally. Very quiet. Pool lovely and warm. Grounds well kept. Unit was spotless and communication with Bob was easy. Would highly recommend.

Relaxation week after hectic week with family

This property was very clean. The kitchen was very well appointed! The lanai was the icing on the cake. It was wonderful to sit out there with all the shutters open to enjoy the waves!

I was pleasantly surprised that the condo and surroundings were actually better in person than the photos! Very comfortable & beautiful accommodations with plenty of space for our belongings and to relax! Our host, Bob was informative and welcoming. Great location and convenient to all of the attractions and restaurants. Lots to do very close by the condo and a very nice place to do absolutely nothing but chill!! Thoroughly enjoyed our trip!

Great Place to Get Away!

Bob was a great communicator from the start and for the stay. The condo is definitely a quiet place to get away from it all. The lanai is lovely to be able to sit and hear the sea while eating and drinking. Spacious place that has lots of thoughtful amenities.

Family vacation

We absolutely loved our trip to Cayman! The condo had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed coffee on the beach each morning and snorkeling right outside the condo. We even took a trip to seven mile beach and packed a cooler to take along. The condo also had games that we played in the lanai each night. It was better than I could have imagined and we would definitely stay there again! After being there and exploring we couldn't have picked a better location. We hope to visit again!

Great Stay

Property was very much as described. Great location, right on the water. Plenty of space and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved being on the east part of the island. Now that we have experienced being on both the east and west sides we will likely spend most of our time on the quiet side. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to others.

This place far away from the large strip of hotels. You have everything you need to relax. Great pool. Direct at the beach. You can snorkel and find amazing water life. Good equipment apartment with everything you need. Close to some very nice restaurants with great food.

Fantastic vacation

This was our first trip to the Cayman Islands and it was absolutely wonderful. Thank you Bob for the condo. It was colorful, neat and tidy and everything that you could possibly use was there ready to use at our fingertips including towels, television, swimming pool, beach toys, kitchen appliances we did not want for anything. We loved the North shore. It was quiet and what we were wanting for a vacation . I highly recommend the North shore .

Loved our week at this great location

Everything about our stay was terrific! The place was spacious, comfortable, and beautiful. We had everything we needed for sleeping, meals and beach days. The beach was the best tended beach I saw on my morning walks. The pool was a great place to play and relax. Double up on the bug spray after dark, but we enjoyed watching the sunset in spite of that. Highly recommend if you are looking for a slow paced relaxing tropical vacation.
