Charming and lively little town, 5 minutes from the beach, on the banks of the Orb.
Wooded garden, secure above ground pool, terrace, swing, trampoline, gas plancha.

Ground floor: a large, bright living room overlooking the south-facing garden, a dining room overlooking the garden and the terrace, an equipped kitchen, separate WC, bathroom with bathtub, a double bedroom with large closet.
Upstairs: 2 single bedrooms, with the possibility of adding a single bed and / or a folding bed, storage cellar, a bathroom with shower and WC.
Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave, TV, wifi, iron, DVD player, games for children in the rooms, plenty of storage.
