Cute place, had everything we needed.

As a first time renter I found the process very easy. The apartment was as described and very comfortable.

LOVE THIS PLACE

I am an ER travel nurse currently working during the COVID-19 epidemic. Gale’s place is beautiful! It’s got charm and warmth as soon as you walk through the door. It’s so unique because it’s placed in the middle of a small busy city, but when you’re on the patio it’s like you’re in your own little world. I love that it’s a 2 story place with the bedroom/living room/bathroom being upstairs for some reason it enhances the relaxation of the upstairs. Also it’s SUPER clean!! As for Gale, it’s no wonder this place is so amazing!! She’s such a kind hearted person with a true love/pride for the history of this house. She answers all questions quickly/promptly and even has reached to make sure everything’s been okay with me at work during this epidemic. I would definitely suggest staying here to any nurses/hospital staff that are working at Wellspan York, it’s only about a 8-10min drive. Close proximity to a lot of neat eating places and also groceries!! Not to mention downtown York is beautiful in the spring with the trees blooming their spring flowers! I wish I could take Gale and her place with me to every travel assignment.
