Located in a residence with private community pool, apartment completely renovated (tiling, earthenware, kitchen, bathroom, furniture and appliances) and fully equipped, with side view of the sea and the canal. WIRELESS. Direct and private access to the beach, on foot, no road to cross for safety and simplicity. At the foot of the residence, just a few meters away, no need for a car: bars, restaurants, shops including a small supermarket, all near the sandy beach of Santa Margarita.
The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, large fridge / freezer ...), living room with a double sofa bed and large TV (French and German satellite), bathroom with large shower, separate WC, washing machine -laundry. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds that can be brought together for lovers ... or left separate according to convenience. From the terrace, view of the sea and the mouth of the canal.
Free parking in the city car park.
A few meters away, the beach and all its pleasures; boat and jet ski rental on the mouth of the canal, diving clubs at the foot of the residence ....
In Roses, there are a multitude of activities for the day and for the night ..... and then a siesta by the pool ..... possibility of a sports or gastronomic stay.
Sportsman with all the activities around the sea, or the hikes in the back country or in the natural park of Creus ....
Gastronomic with local specialties around the sea and viticulture.
Cultural stay with archaeological sites, fortifications .....
Further, the cities of Figueres with the Dali museum or Cadaques all white in its rocky setting with the Dali house, with its beautiful coves to discover the fish from the edge (do not forget your mask !!!).

Schönes Appartement

Das war ein schönes Appartement in direkter Strandlage. Es war alles vorhanden, Geschirr, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, sogar zwei Liegestühle und mehrere Ventilatoren. Das einzige, was uns gestört hat, dass es keine Klimaanlage im Appartement gab. Das ist die Sonnenseite und es heizt sich sehr dolle auf. Es stand auch nicht in der Beschreibung, würden wir un Zukunf mehr drauf achten.

Superbe semaine à rosas

Appartement petit mais cosy et suffisant avec 2 enfants en bas âge. Le + : lave vaisselle et beaucoup de rangements trop pratique. Petit - : pas assez d’eau chaude pour 4 douches à prendre. On s’est super bien sentis et l’emplacement est parfait. Merci ☺️

Super séjour

Accueil au top, annonce parfaitement conforme seul bémol le stationnement très difficile en août mais l’appartement est tellement bien situé qu’il est possible de tout faire a pied carrefour market, Lidl a 20mn à pied, Plage au pied de l’immeuble, ….

Logement parfaitement situé, très proche de toutes commodités, plage à 30 m, idéal avec les enfants ! Dans l’assemble rien à dire. Mais bémol sur 2 points : Vous pouvez oublier une place de parking en haute saison c’est l’usine, impossible d’en trouver une. La solution, s’armer d’une grande patience, tourner encore et encore, ou baisser les armes en se garant bien plus loin, et quand bien même vous trouverez une super place, vous n’oserez plus rebouger votre véhicule jusqu’à la fin de votre séjour....et vous restreindre à faire toutes vos activités à pieds ou à vélo.A vous de voir... On est pas des léves tards mais les éboueurs au pieds de l’immeuble à 1h du mat puis à 6h, et tous les jours, c’était juste vraiment agaçant (surtout quand c’est le verre. Propriétaire très à l’écoute

Appartement très bien situé

Très bel appartement, très propre et conforme à la description. Proche de tout : commerces, bars, restaurants et surtout le principal la plage, où on peut aller en toute sécurité avec les enfants. Une fois la voiture garée, on peut la laisser là le temps des vacances. Le bord de mer est très agréable et permet de faire de belles balades le soir. La propriétaire est agréable et le contact avec elle est excellent. L'appartement en lui-même est très agréable avec beaucoup de rangements. Le ventilateur au plafond permet de rafraîchir rapidement l'appartement. La piscine est également très agréable. Bref une location idéale et idéalement situé. Une adresse à retenir et où nous ne manquerons pas de revenir.

Très bel appartement, très propre et conforme au descriptif. A 30mètres de la plage, quel plaisir de ne pas avoir à conduire.Tous commerces à proximité. (restos, mercados, presse etc..). Propriétaire agréable et proche de ses locataires, bien que ce soit par téléphone. Location à recommander.

Excellente situation

Nous tenons dire que nous avons été ravis de notre séjour dans cet appartement Celui ci est très propre, clair, décoré avec goût et avec vraiment tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances (comme un grand réfrigérateur / congélateur non négligeable pour 4 ! cela change des minis...) et heureusement que les ventilateurs étaient présents !!! L'appartement est à 30 mètres de la plage et à proximité des commerces. Le contact avec la propriétaire a été excellent et nous ne manquerons pas de revenir à cette adresse à l'avenir...
