Imagine: Walk across the street to hop on the Gondola and at the end of your ski day, ski right to the complex, store your skis and head to your condo! No matter what season, you’ll have incredible access to hiking, mountain biking and snowshoeing trails as well as all the shopping and dining on Main Street Breck. This is the mountain condo you and your group have been dreaming of!

This comfortable 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom deluxe is perfect for up to four guests. The living area features a stone gas fireplace, and there’s a large flat-screen TV for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. Right off the living room is the balcony — perfect for enjoying the fall colors and crisp mountain air. Granite counter tops in the full kitchen provide plenty of space to whip up great mountain meals and après-ski snacks. There’s seating for four at the dining table and three more at the kitchen counter.

You’ll enjoy access to the shared hot tub and pool, as well as an onsite gym. You’ll also enjoy full access to the pool, hot tubs, spa and bowling alley at One Ski Hill Place Resort, located at the top of the gondola. Other amenities include a washer and dryer, shuttle service, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for one vehicle. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

Very clean place and just right for two people. Pictures online made the condo look bigger, but we had enough space for just my husband and I. Free shuttle service was a bonus since the bus picked us up right in front of the lodge. We would highly recommend and definitely will consider staying here again!!!

Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience using Summit Mountain Rentals for their overall ease of booking and check in and communication throughout the trip. The unit itself was spacious enough for our family of 4 with two younger children. The location was fantastic and the ease of using both the on call shuttle and the town of Breck bus right at the complex as well was nice to have. The unit was well maintained and appointed nicely and the building itself was very nice with a super friendly and courteous front desk. On site amenities like the hot tub and common areas were a big hit with the kids and little things like a small place inside to get snacks like popcorn, ice cream, frozen pizzas, etc.. was just very convenient. Would def stay here again and always love using summit mountain rentals as they always provide great service.

We love staying at this location! It’s a wonderful condo, clean and comfy! Close to downtown so we can walk everywhere for everything. We also love having an outdoor patio so we can enjoy the beautiful weather and scenery. Overall, this VRBO is wonderful!

Loud from street noise and people in the jacuzzi below. We stayed in summer so had the windows open to keep the place cool. Slept with earplugs. Location to town and gondala was great. Has what you need, but bare bones.
