Located in the center of Uzès, fully renovated house with air conditioning and garage facing south, living space of 190 m2 on 2 levels.
Terrace and garden of 400 m2, swimming pool of 8mX5m fenced, Wifi, TV.
Ground floor with fully equipped kitchen and laundry (washing machine, dryer, American fridge). Large living room and dining room of 100 m2.
Upstairs, three air-conditioned rooms can accommodate 7 to 8 people:
Bedroom 1: a 160x200 bed, a 90 bed
Bedroom 2: 3 beds in 80
Bedroom 3: a 140x200 bed
2 bathrooms, shower and bath
A toilet on the ground floor and upstairs
Available according to wish: baby umbrella bed, high chair and games. ideal for families 1 min walk from the city center.
Garage for small car (audi A1, Peugeot 207 ..) free parking possibilities not far.
Linens provided
BBQ area
Cleaning included, flexibility of the days of arrival to do with the owner.

Belle maison à la situation idéale

Maison très agréable avec de beaux volumes décorée avec goût. Très belle terrasse donnant sur un joli jardin bien entretenu. Belle piscine. A deux pas à pied du centre d'Uzes tout en étant au calme. Caroline veille au bien-être de ses hôtes. A recommander !
