Sleeps 6 Max. 1 Queen Bedroom, 1 double Bedroom, Pullout sofa (sleeps 2) and couch.. Walking distance to beautiful Lake Missaukee and the county beach and boat launch. ORV/Snowmobile trails are accessible from property. Plenty of room for trailer parking. Home is fully stocked you just need to bring beach towels and food. No need to strip the bedding.
Place all dirty Towles, both bathroom and kitchen in the laundry basket located in the back bedroom closet
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
6 TENANTS MAX NO CLEANING OF FISH IN THE HOUSE TRASH NEEDS TO BE IN TRASH BAGS WHEN PLACED IN THE OUTSIDE BIN. NO LOOSE TRASH IN THE BIN.
