Fisherman's house located in a private pedestrian impasse

We invite you to stay at "La Calonna" old renovated fisherman's house located in a pretty private pedestrian impasse.

Park your car and forget about it!
The house is located in the Arago district with the big beach at 200 m and all the shops and restaurants nearby.
The Arago market is 300 m and the carrefour market 200 m.

Our house is organized on 3 levels:
A ground floor with a kitchen area and a lounge area
A semi-buried souplex with a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a large closet, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet,
A mezzanine with a double bed.

The house is very bright thanks to its skylight that crosses the three levels.

The house has a terrace where you can eat or relax on deckchairs.

We will have the pleasure to share with you our good addresses as well as the visits to Les Sables!

Fischerhäuschen in Strandnähe

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in dem kleinen und sehr gut aufgeteilt Haus in den Strässchen direkt hinter der Strandpromenade von Les Sables-d'Olonne verbracht. Das Haus ist toll renoviert, zugleich ist es natürlich klein und hat keine abtrennbaren Zimmer. Wen dies nicht stört, der kann wunderbare Tage in Laufweite des tollen Strandes verbringen. Der Check-In hat super geklappt, die Gastgeber waren zwar gerade in Urlaub, haben sich aber super-schnell gemeldet. Wir fanden es toll und haben die Tage sehr genossen.

charmante maison au bord de la mer

La maison est très joliment décorée, très bien équipée, et idéalement située, avec la grande plage en bas de la rue, et les commerces et restaurants à proximité, tout ça dans une petite impasse au calme avec les mouettes comme seul bruit de fond. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Petite maison conforme à la description et très mignonne. Bien aménagée. Tout près du Remblai. Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour. Un plus pour notre hôte qui a mis un lit bébé à notre disposition. Merci !

Small but perfectly formed!

Had a lovely stay here. Although over 3 floors, the house is small but well laid-out. It was clean, well appointed with everything we needed and most importantly in a great location - just a short walk from the sea front. The hosts were very accommodating. Would recommend!

Charmante maison de pêcheur revisitée, bien agencée et équipée, et proche de toutes les commodités et de la plage. Terrasse agréable. Propriétaire accueillant et à l’écoute. Je recommande vivement.

Très belle location

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, Tout est à proximité à pieds, aucune utilité de prendre la voiture et la location est vraiment sympa et au calme. Une très bonne adresse à retenir, super séjour avec un temps magnifique! Merci Aurélien, nous reviendrons !!

Meer in 2 Minuten

Das Ferienhaus von Christelle und Aurélien ist perfekt, wenn man das Auto stehen lassen und den Ort zu Fuß erkunden möchte. Fußläufig erreicht man alles lebensnotwendige und mehr. Nur 20 m vom Haus entfernt, kann man schon einen Blick auf das Meer erhaschen, 300 m weiter kann man schon am Strand liegen. Eine perfekte Boulangerie (Bäckerei) erreicht man in 3 Gehminuten und wird mit himmlischem Baguette, Croissant&Co. versorgt. Noch näher hat man einen Carrefourt City (ähnlich Rewe/Lidl), der eine gute Auswahl hat. Wer es frischer mag: neben der Boulangerie gibt es den Arago Markt - hier gibt es frisches Gemüse, Fleisch, Fisch, Käse und und und. Das Haus hat alles an Einrichtung, was man zum Leben und Kochen benötigt und gibt einem mit seinem Fischerstil das richtige Urlaubsfeeling. Ein Punkt für diejenigen mit schwacher Blase: das Schlafzimmer ist im Dachgeschoss und die Toilette im Untergeschoss. Das Erdgeschoss und Dachgeschoss ist über eine schmale Wechseltreppe miteinander verbunden, das Erdgeschoss mit dem Untergeschoss durch eine sehr schmale Wendeltreppe. Das war uns nicht bewusst und das einzige störende am Haus, wenn man im Dunkeln mal zur Toilette muss. Wir würden wiederkommen! :-) The location of Christelle and Auréliens house is perfect if you would like to explore Les Sables by foot. You can reach everything necessary by foot in under 10 minutes and the beach in just 2 minutes. No false promises here :-) we would book this house again!
