The complete lower half of a two-story home. Located 15 minutes from John Wayne airport and 15 minutes from Laguna Beach. You are one block from two world-class beaches and walking distance to the village of Corona del Mar. This location has many walkers and friendly people. Downstairs is not connected to upstairs and the owners are rarely in residence upstairs.
Patio area is enclosed. Dog ok, with hosts' approval. Unit has washer/dryer, great parking, SmartTV, Wifi and a wonderful patio area. Ideal for 1 or 2 adults. No children, thank you. This neighborhood has many friendly people.
