THE 40 FT DOCK HAS BENCHES AND STEPS INTO WATER WITH NICE SANDY BOTTOM. GOOD SWIMMING OFF THE DOCK.

THIS IS A MID CENTURY HOME NOT A CABIN. THE VIEW IS INCREDIBLE
AND PRIVATE WATER ACCESS. WE HAVE A PRIVATE MOORING AND
40FT DOCK ACCOMODATES PONTOON BOAT,JET SKI AND OTHER TYPES BOATS.
EASY WALKING DISTANCE TO JORDANS STORE AND SPORTSMAN PUB
THAT I LOVE.
LONG BEACH IS EASY WALK AND CHARGES $5 PER DAY PER PERSON.
THERE ARE BEACHES, NASON BEACH AND HARMON BEACH THAT CAN BE DRIVEN TO AS WELL AND MANY HIKING TRAILS IN AREA.
NAPLES IS A 10 MILE DRIVE WITH THE SONGO RIVER QUEEN, A FERRY AND
NUMEROUS RESTAURANTS.
SEBAGO LAKE STATE PARK IS A WONDERFUL DESTINATION AS WELL.
PORTLAND IS A 40 MINUTE DRIVE AND RATED AS TOP 10 CITY TO VISIT.
I COULD GO ON FOREVER.
