DEAR JAMES,
THANKS FOR REVIEW. A HUGE STORM CAME UP ON SEBAGO LAKE
AND MY HOUSE IN BACK WAS SEVERELY DAMAGED BY A MICROBURST.
2 MASSIVE TREES FELL. WE WILL LET YOU KNOW WHEN REBUILT
OR RENNOVATED. I WILL TRY TO SEND YOU A PHOTO.
STAY WELL,
JUDITH
The house was homey with all the needed accessories. Loved the game room. And Playing corn home in the front with a big fire pit and plenty of outside chairs. The dock was sturdy and the kayaks were nice to have. Will definitely rent again.
This is a gem! The dock on the lake was a real bonus. We rented a pontoon boat and had great access to the water. The house was clean and tidy with great views of the lake. The game room was fun, with the pool table being the center of attention. We had a great time!
House was just right for amenities and location. Game room was a big hit. Bedrooms were nicely sized and comfortable. Some things were “old fashioned “ but important items were updated. Enjoyed the 3 day weekend very much
My family and I had a wonderful week's stay. Judie was so helpful and easy to contact. The house had everything we needed, plus more. You couldn’t beat the location or the view of the lake! There is a restaurant/bar right down the road that was visited, it was delish! We brought our boat and jet ski up for the week and there was ample parking available. We had 2 trucks, 1 car, a jet ski trailer, and a 27ft boat trailer. Tieing the boat up for the morning was a breeze and there was an aluminum boat available to use to get to and from the mooring. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone looking for a Sebago stay.
My family and I stayed here and I couldn’t have asked for a better location. The house was wonderful and we had access to kayaks. The kids LOVED the tubes provided and the game room. Judith and her husband were wonderful and I will absolutely be coming back!!
Great place to stay - felt like an old family cabin we'd been coming to for years
Great place in a great location. Across the street from the lake. Feels just like a cabin that's been in the family for years. Great space for a family and lovely extra amenities like the game room. Really enjoyed kayaking on the lake. Owner was really helpful.
Pros: great views, well stocked home, well supplied
Cons: one bathroom, no AC, small kitchen, some bugs but common for rental homes

Heat pump to be installed in Sept 2021
House will have air conditioning.
summer 2022.
Kitchen has eating area with incredible
View. 1st report of bugs. Will have treated.
The view of the water makes this property special.
This property is as photographed-rooms were not made to look bigger than they were. House is vintage 60's as advertised. Feels bigger with the back and side porch. Kitchen well equipped.
Owner left a wonderful welcome basket. Kayaks were provided so you could just go out for a quick spin. Nice dock and mooring. House does get warm with only one AC but owner indicated she was remedying that shortly.
Owners spy on visitors with camera in the driveway and ? else where
The owners of this property were very invasive with personal space and time management. They called frequently and were on the property daily. They filled a hummingbird feeder one day mowed the lawn one other day, weed wacked another and were constantly walking around and peering into the property home.
We thought it was strange that they would show up asap when the other rentals occupants left. Until we found a camera on the telephone pole with it surveilling the house and driveway. It was a complete invasion of privacy during a very expensive stay.
We found doors locked and or shut that were previously left open. We have kids and they sleep late but on vacation they were woken up by the constant intrusion of the weed wacker and or the mower. And when he filled a humming bird feeder and got out a ladder to peer into the living room we felt like that was another over the top intrusion.
They were constantly obsessed with giving us linen on Monday or they wanted to come into the home to change them themselves. Finally I requested them to leave them and yet they still wanted those dirty sheets all tough I told them I could wash them myself with the washer and dryer provided. The drought had been mitigated with the constant rain pour.
Over All This Vacation was MICRO MANAGED by the OWNERS. It made things very uncomfortable seeing them walk around all the days we were staying there.
Lots of cobwebs thru out the home and dirt behind furnishings on the wood floors.

dear melissa,
i am sorry that you felt we were invasive during your stay.
we went to property 1 day to pick up trash because we are concerned about smell during heat. a 2nd day we went to mow lawn and while
we were there i asked my husband to fill empty hummingbird feeder.
we were not there to peer into house. unfortunately these chores
have to be done during your 11 night stay.
also, we were there to clean rental house out back since we were
preparing to rent.
since you were staying for 11 nights i felt i should offer a change of
linens. which i left on front porch for you. i had not
intention of coming in to change linens.
we never went into the house during your stay without
your permission.
we should have called you before we showed up at property to
do couple of chores however my husband did not think
someone would get so upset.
i will make a point of informing cleaning crew to take care
of cobwebs and vacuum better.
the camera on pole will be removed. my step daughter gave to
me as a gift and was installed before we rented property
and we were concerned about break ins in the area.
i am confused because in the guest book left in
the house you were very positive about the rental house and
had no complaints.
stay well,
judith
The house is comfortable offering all the amenities needed for a week-long stay. Enjoy the beautiful sunrise each morning from the living or sun room. And the sunset while sitting on the dock. Hosts were responsive and most helpful.
This was the perfect place for home base on the day trip schedule. The glasses in porch was perfect in the mornings and evenings! It was wonderful for the three of us! Judith was responsive and kind. Definitely worth the stay!
We had a great time here on a long weekend! Very quiet and relaxing. Kayaking, lake activities and cute restaurant down the street. Communication with Judie was very easy and accommodating. she let us know what we needed to bring; although the house pretty much had anything we could possibly need! Definitely hoping to come back to Sebago Lake!
Great spot on what feels like the quieter side of the lake
Relatively comfortable house. The kitchen/living room area are on the smaller side (fine for the 3 of us) but there is plenty of other space to spread out into. The glassed in porch is a wonderful place to sit in the late afternoon. The dock area is shared with the house in back that shares the driveway. There were a couple of kayaks and a canoe available for use. The street can be a bit noisy.

Thanks Jeffrey for staying at my house.
Please take care and I would love
To see you and your family again.
My other house 1520 richville
Is more private and quieter.
Best and stay well.
Vacationing with 4 teenagers in one cottage can be hard, but this vacation home give everyone space to spread out, between the living room, pool porch and four season room. Convenient access across the street to the boat doc to swim, kayak or enjoy the sun. The owner was very friendly and accommodating
