This house is super comfortable and cozy. You'll immediately feel like you can kick your feet up and relax. And I hope you do exactly that!
It’s spacious, warm & inviting. It’s perfect for guest to gather in the living space to watch a football game and chat. The bedrooms are a nice size with fresh clean linen and flat screens tvs in every room.
You will enjoy the quiet neighborhood & calm backyard.
There are absolutely no parties or pets allowed. Bryant Denny Stadium is 10.5 miles away. Feel free to contact me with any questions…

Graduation weekend

Property was wonderful. Close to UA and perfect for graduation weekend at Alabama. House was large, clean and comfortable. The deck outside was terrific and all of us could sit outside and enjoy the night time. Very quiet neighborhood. It was a great stay.

Amazing!

Place is so nice and set up for family and game day activities! Super clean in a very nice neighborhood! Minutes from Bryant Denny! We will definitely be back!

great BAMA retreat

We came in with my sister and brother-in-law to visit our daughters for University of Alabama parents weekend. This location was clean, spacious, and offered convenient acccess to all of the activities. About a 15 minute drive from campus. The pool table and fire table offered some family entertainment during downtimes. we would stay here again.

Fun trip for parents weekend

It was perfect for parents weekend. Close enough to have girls over for Friday grilling. Relaxing set up. Only issue way that my feet where black from walking barefoot in house. I thought it way from kitchen mat but other moms socks were very dirty also after we were avoiding mat. So maybe your house keeper needs some ammonia in the mop bucket. Over all still a great stay

Perfect Stay

I have one suggestion for the property owner. The master bedroom does not have anyplace to hang clothes - not closet or anything like it. If you're in bed, there is a giant TV to your left. I suggest that you put a TV above the dresser - which is directly in front of the bed. There will then be an area to the left where some facility for hanging some clothes - eight hangers would be plenty - could be created or bought. Good luck

Roll Tide football weekend !

The great parts: Katrina was responsive and helpful when asked -- safe neighborhood -- linens & towels very good quality and plenty of them-- huge back yard/deck with bbq etc -- plenty of big TV's in every room -- nice d/r table for many guests -- dishes/table service nice -- beds very were comfortable Needs improvement: kitchen cooking utensils minimal -- 2nd bath door does not close and does not lock! -- 2nd bath very small for 4 adults to potentially share -- master bed has no closet -- no coffee or end tables in LR, so nowhere to set glasses or snax .... but we made it all work !! BIGGEST COMPLAINT: This is NOT in Tuscaloosa, but in Duncanville which is a 20 min drive 2 university, so location is inconvenient when multiple trips are part of your vacation !!

Thank you for your feedback. I will make sure to get more cooking utensils & get the doorknob replaced. I apologize for the bathroom being too small for four people and no end tables in the living room. The pictures on my page are exactly what you booked. I am definitely not in Duncanville and on my description I put how many miles to the stadium for my renters. I have no way of knowing how many trips my renters are trying to make to the stadium. Hope you have a great day. :)
