Beachfront Breezy Point is a spacious first floor, no stairs, Oceanfront two bedroom/two bath condo at the secluded and beautiful Northwest Point Resort. Upon arriving you will be in awe with the beauty, tranquility and privacy throughout the 12 acre property. The resort is located 13 km/8 miles from Providenciales International Airport, grocery stores, Grace Bay restaurants and shops. Escape the crowds and explore the true beauty of the island right out your patio door with miles of private beach to walk, snorkel the coral reefs with an abundance of sea life, Kite Surf, Wing Foil, Kayak or enjoy a book under one of the beach umbrellas. The resort is adjacent to Northwest Point Marine National Park and Northwest Point Pond Nature Reserve. This is perfect for those looking for serenity and the feel of your own private retreat to regenerate, yet close to attractions if you are up for an adventure.

From the moment you walk into Breezy Point beachfront condo you will fall in love with the stunning views of the Ocean just steps away from your private patio. This condo features an open concept floor plan with keyless entry, fully equipped kitchen, updated furnishings, new King Casper Select 12" Hybrid medium-firm mattress, new Novaform 14" ComfortGrande Plus Memory foam mattresses, flat screen SmartTV with cable, washer/dryer, large patio with comfortable dining and high top tables with chairs to take in the panoramic views, blackout curtains (unless you want to take in the spectacular sunrises), blow dryer, iron and ironing board. As well as beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and pool floaties!

Some of the amenities available to you for your enjoyment are kayaking, beach/pool loungers and chairs, umbrellas/beach palapas, one of the largest luxurious pools on the island with a waterfall feature and oversized pool deck, jacuzzi, BBQ area, free high speed WiFi in the condo and common areas.

We highly recommend renting a car while on the island, as there is no public transportation and taxis tend to be quite expensive and it gives you the ability to explore the treasures and authenticity of the island. The last 4.8km/3 mile stretch of road to the condo is gravel. It is easy to navigate the island as there is one main road with most of the roads paved.

Great Place

We enjoyed this property. It was clean and had everything we needed from kitchen utensils to beach equipment. The only draw back is that it is a bit off the beaten path and you have to do a bit of driving to get anywhere.

Breezy Point Condo

We loved our stay at Breezy Point. It was very quiet during our time there and it is a bit remote, but it was lovely. We rented a car which made getting around the island easy. The condo is very well appointed. You can tell someone who actually used/uses the space set it up -- it has everything you need and lots of little special touches. It was great to have everything you need for the beach as well. We loved our stay. The decor is also LOVELY!

Great stay...condo and property is beautiful. It's a little ways from everywhere and its like a 2 mile stretch of dirt road that should be paved asap! The private beach is nice but was full of seaweed. However, it's only like a 12- min walk down the beach until where the water is beautiful and you can swim.The property manager was a little slow to respond...but overall I'd definitely book again!!boagain!

Quiet secluded paradise

This place was better than the pictures, and that never happens. I almost dont want to tell anyone about how great it was so it can stay a secret. The only thing missing was a whisk for the kitchen. Everything else was excellent.

Beautiful property on the ocean front. Was not close to town so a jeep rental is a must. Great way to see the island.

Far from the maddening crowds

A lovely spot that is peaceful and away from the resorts. Both the beach and the pool are great ways to while away the hours and the apartment has everything you need for a great stay. I would highly recommend it if you want to be enjoy the beautiful TCI but don’t want to stay at a glitzy resort.

Great stay!

Very nice remote property away from the large resorts. The beach never got crowded at all. The pool area and property were very well maintained. My only complaint would be the amount of seaweed in the ocean to the point that we really didn’t get in the water much at the condo. However, sitting on a not so crowded beach was very relaxing. We choose to commute to Grace Bay for ocean swimming.

Wonderful Stay

The condo was a great place to relax and unwind during our vacation. We stayed for 2 weeks. We played on certain days in Grace Bay and Chalk Sound and then came back for quiet and relaxation. Beautiful ocean view condo

We stayed here for part of our vacation to explore the island and different beaches that Turks can offer. The condo is situated about 15 min drive from the airport and took us not longer then 30 minutes to any of the beautiful beaches, restaurants, shops and waters ports. We enjoyed the pool and the ocean, the only think - there are many bugs, flies and mosquitos , don't forget to bring the bug repellent and itch relief products 😀

Relaxing

Everything we needed. It was like our own little paradise. The beach was beautiful. We walked it every day and saw several small sea turtles swimming in the seaweed. The place was spacious, loved sitting on the patio for morning coffee. We went shopping for perishables at the grocery stores. The place is not located near restaurants, so be prepared for a drive or cook at home. If you go during the school year, plan on morning traffic. To sum it up, we loved it. So wonderful to sit in the sun while it is below freezing at home.

Amazing property

We absolutely loved Breezy Point. The property manager was incredible - always available to answer any questions. The property is GORGEOUS - beautiful flowering trees and bushes everywhere. Honestly, it is a treat walking into the unit. Breezy Point had everything we could have wanted - a well stocked kitchen, comfy furniture inside and out, and fully stocked with beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella and coolers. The pool is nice, and there are lounge chairs on the beach. The ONLY thing is a drawback is how far it is from everything and the traffic. The remote location is beautiful, but the long dirt road (going by the dump) and the bad traffic to get anywhere was a little bit of a drawback. There’s a restaurant that serves pretty good food and delicious margaritas. I would say Breezy Point is better than we anticipated.

Peace and quiet on the ocean

We had a great 2 week stay at Breezy Point. The property is beautifully landscaped with flowering shrubs. The large pool and hot tub were never crowded. Chairs and palapas were available on the beach. You need to drive 20-30 minutes to visit the other beautiful beaches and excellent restaurants on the island. Everything is expensive on the island so be prepared for that. The restaurant at Breezy Point is good but we only ate there once. We cooked one dinner in and ate out the rest of the time. We enjoyed the snorkeling at Smith’s reef and coral gardens. The roads are rough on the island so we rented an suv. If you want a peaceful, quiet place away from the crowded beaches then try Breezy point. Just be prepared to do some driving.

Perfect Calm Island Getaway

This property and unit were absolutely incredible. As many say it’s away from almost everything, but with the size of the island; grocery stores, restaurants, and attractions are only 15-20 minutes away. The bar/restaurant at the resort is open! As of January 2024, it’s open Sunday-Thursday from 1pm-7pm. Great food and drinks. If you are looking for a relaxed beach spot, this is it. And if the beach isn’t for you, the hot tub and pool are top notch as well. Unit is well stocked with almost any kitchen item you would need. Our host was very accommodating and quick to answer questions. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a fabulous stay at Breezy Point Condo at NWP. The condo was very clean, modern and had everything you needed to make your trip enjoyable. There are beach chairs, cooler, floats and beach towels. The view from the porch was my favorite part. They have black out curtains, but we chose to keep them open so we can see the beautiful sunrise from our bed each morning. Neko was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. You do have to drive down a very bumpy dirt road (3 miles) to reach the condo, but honestly it was worth it in my opinion. So you will 100% need to rent a car. We did drive to other local beaches and restaurants. I highly recommend Mr. Groupers and the Thursday night fish fry, the junkaroo band was so much fun. The pool was big and the hot tub was a nice added bonus. The beach is very private and beautiful. My husband and daughter used the kayaks and they had a great time. There is a restaurant onsite, while it was closed, we met some other guest staying and we all called for reservations one night and the kindly opened for us. This is where we met the two baby kitties that reside on property. I honest wish I was able to bring them home with us. If I am ever back on TCI I would definitely stay here!

OMG!!! Heaven on Earth!!!

This was my first time traveling to Turks and Caicos, so I didn't know what to expect. We had such a great time. I LOVED the resort, it was our little slice of heaven. It was clean, well kept, and private. I can't say enough wonderful things about it. If you want a super busy super loud party place, then stay in Grace Bay. But if you want peace, quiet, and privacy, then you MUST stay here. Because we are on the far NW part of the island, we only shared the beach with the people staying in the condos. This condo will be my family's go-to place in TCI for years to come. The host was spectacular too!!!

Exceeded expectations

After the drive down the dirt road, the remoteness of this property became apparent and at first was a little intimidating. It is remote and secluded and just what I was looking for. Once through the gate and on the grounds, it was literally walking into an island paradise. The grounds and pool are immaculately kept up and beautiful. Once entering our condo we were blown away by the 1st floor view. It felt like we were living directly on the beach with a 270 degree unobstructed view. The condo was well kept up and clean with a well stocked kitchen. The beach was just as well maintained with chairs and fixed umbrella huts available to use. There are kayaks and paddle boards that are shared amongst the community. Our host made sure we had what we needed and communicated very well. I can’t wait to return someday.

Perfect!

We LOVED LOVED LOVED our stay here!!Our family (mom, dad,12yo, & 8yo) had such a great trip to Providenciales for spring break this year and this condo was the perfect home base. The location is away from everything, which is why we loved it. It was so incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The completely uncrowded beach and pool at the property meant the kids had plenty of room to relax & have fun too. The hot tub was a nice bonus for parents! The wifi was strong and allowed us to still be connected for streaming/gaming when we wanted a break from sun, sand, and water. Everything we needed/wanted to get to on the island seemed accessible in 25 min or less, including driving all the way to the beaches at the opposite end of the island. Grocery stores were easy to get to for stocking the well-equipped kitchen. This allowed us to sleep in and make our own breakfasts, for instance. We also got to test out the awesome blenders provided after purchasing some of the local spirits! The unit also had beach chairs, loungers, pool toys, and coolers for our daily outings. Beds were very comfy and the unit felt spacious. We enjoyed having enough space on our patio to all lounge and take in the sounds of the ocean. Our host was responsive when we had trouble finding the unit when we just arrived which gave us peace of mind for the rest of our stay. Overall, would highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great apartment, great view

My family and I had a great time staying at NWP, and this apartment is one of the nicest we've seen there. The ocean view is lovely, and it's right by the pool and beach access. We had a bit of trouble accessing the gate code and getting into the apartment; there was some outdated information on the Vrbo listing regarding the entry codes and check-in process. The entire resort is no longer staffed, i.e. the main office is locked and empty. That said, we were able to contact the host quickly and have it resolved, and I found the correct check-in information in my email (it had been sent during my flight). Jasmine was highly responsive, and answered all of our questions within a few minutes by text or phone. The place itself is lived-in but very well maintained and taken care of. The Smart TV was nice to have in the evenings, the Wifi worked well, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. We would recommend this property for anyone looking for a peaceful stay in Provo!

Lovely place!

Property was pretty much as pictured, a little older though. Included in the property but not in the description were, a hairdryer, bar soap, a small amount of laundry soap, liquid fabric softener, an iron, blow up mattress, beach umbrellas, cards, dice, a couple of games, a football and soccer ball. The kitchen was fully stocked with most things you would need to prepare meals. The coffee pot takes basket filters. The restaurant was supposed to be open from 10-6 daily. The chef works on island time so the hours were "flexible" on both ends. Food was good. The resort itself is out of the way which we loved. A car is definitely needed, but not a little economy car, roads on the island leave a lot to be desired! The pool and hot tub are well maintained, no fight for chairs. The beach is good, the water was good, a little grassy in spots but not far to walk around it. There are beach chairs and guys, no problem getting chairs here either. There was no need for us to contact the property manager while we were there so I can't comment on that but she responded to me before our stay very quickly. Great place, we will be back!!

While our stay was quiet and peaceful and had nice landscaping, the unit had some issues: The WiFi did not work for my first two days, and when the managers and custodian failed to be of any help, I finally fixed the WiFi myself. There was no television service for the entirety of our stay, despite its listing as an amenity. The kitchen sink was clogged when I arrived. There was hair and blood on the wall in the bathroom. The bed in the master bedroom is so old and dilapidated that I have the backache from trying to sleep. Door knobs and curtain hooks and light switches throughout the apartment are broken, falling apart. And none of the people employed here were able to help and repeatedly stated that these issues are not their responsibility; they are the owner’s. The beach, while pretty, is loaded with seagrass and choppy due to the high winds, making it unpleasant to swim.
